Member applied for an auto loan and met with Dawn who never followed up with him. She never replied to emails and answered and returned telephone calls. This is not only rude, but also reflects a lack of professionalism, organization, and respect for its customers.The people who work at this particular credit union don't like to accept and answer telephone calls. The people who work there aren't fair and do not treat everyone equally. The staff are racist and culturally biased. This particular financial institution is ran and operated by the most unintelligent, unprofessional, and incompetent individuals. It is recommended that one does not use this particular financial institution for any type of financial services. You will be better off selecting a financial institution that makes you feel welcomed, that can serve your financial needs, and that can help you meet your financial goals.

This is by far the worst banking experience I’ve ever had. Can’t get ahold of anyone, nothing is done in a timely manner, if I can find another credit union that does the shared banking I’m switching. Ive been patient long enough. 30+ days no checks or debit card, the online doesn’t update or post correctly. Shouldn’t have ignored the red flags when I opened my account.

Columbia and Spring Hill locations NEVER answer the phone. The Columbia location also has the most unprofessional workers I've ever seen.

I started my account in Spring Hill and the staff their was amazing! I have done a lot of business here and was disappointed when I attempted to inquire on a car loan at this Columbia location. The lady in the office did not seem interested in helping and came off rude when I approached her after no one came out into the lobby to greet me after sitting for some time. Although I recently moved to Columbia, I have no problem driving to Spring Hill for great service!

Terrible customer service, called credit union for or five times Saturday morning starting at 10:30am didn't receive a call back. They don't answer the phone. Credit union member since Saturn days from the beginning.

I was very pleased with the service I received. They helped me open an account even with less than perfect credentials. We all had a rough spot and they were very understanding and willing to help. I like to bank with local banks vs the big banks. I feel like it should be a good fit for me. Hoping for a great relationship with this credit union.

You can never get through to the bank by any of the numbers direct or online. I feel as if no one cares to help besides Jessica when I’m in the establishment and it’s been two weeks since I’ve opened my account and I have yet to get my debt card. They don’t have an app but you can save the website to your home screen but with that I can never log in (with the right passwords and account number) and always have problems. So not only can I not talk to anyone, not check how much money I have, I can’t use it either. Super excited to have opened this account so far. 🙂
