I can never do business with y'all I get $900 checks all the time I don't feel like the police getting caught on me and dude Ashley had an account with y'all and y'all called the police on him that's amazing to me great job😒 if you are a darker complexion I wouldn't do business with US Bank your canceled👁️

I've never had a problem with this bank. Some of the reviews here are not fair. Covid has been difficult for businesses. They've had to change hours, close the lobby and yes long lines at the drive thru due to covid. The people here are friendly and helpful.

If you owe another bank and need a second chance bank account this is the only use for this bank! When you get your credit straight and improve your score it’s time to move on. They give you a hard time with EVERYTHING even increasing your daily mobile deposit limit above $200! We are business owners and can’t take checks because this bank won’t increase our daily check deposit limit after 3 years with them and 4 accounts including savings.

I've used US Bank for almost 3 years and they've been a normal bank ever since, until about a month ago. I went to deposit $75 into the ATM and I accidentally forgot to complete the transaction when I got distracted and almost left without getting my card back and I even forgot to hit deposit. I looped back around and the machine was saying "Retaining Deposit", and then popped my card back out and never gave me a receipt, and I never deposited my money. I checked my account and no deposit, but I will admit it was my fault and I forgot to hit deposit and get my card back, BUT we made a claim and I told them the EXACT TIME AND DATE of which it happened, I told them they could look on the cameras and see that I had come by on my motorcycle and even described what I was wearing. I knew exactly what I deposited and exactly the bills I put into it, I remembered every detail just to get my money back and I just got a letter that said they could not find that $75 extra in the machine from that date, which is a lie, and I know it's a lie, but US Bank doesn't have a good history with my family anyways. It doesn't matter how long I've been with these people, and yes it was my fault, but I gave them every detail, and they even had me on camera, and I know the ATM has one and they still can't even prove I put something into the ATM on that day, but I guess somebody will enjoy having $75 in their pocket. Will be cancelling my account very soon.

This is the worst branch manager I have dealt with in my entire life. Choose a better bank that is more considerate of their customers rather than being short handed. I waited for a return call for 3 hours until I finally had to call back and even though I have banked with US bank for 17+ years they are not willing to help a customer out even though I wait for 3 hours and now the banks are closing and will not be able to deposit my check after being advised by one of her employees to wait until I hear from her. All other associates were kind and understanding.

This is the most useless bank in Columbia, TN. The bank is closed when all the other banks have opened back up only drive thru is open and the lines are long and ridiculously slow 😣. They need more help or better help. Been sitting in line for 45 minutes I don't have to do this at my other bank. Poor service too. That's too is a long story.

I opened my account with USBank in Columbia 15 years ago. I've loved it, until recently. I'm not sure what is going on with them, but customer service has gotten bad and the wait time is HORRIBLE.

CERTIFICATE OF DEPOSIT HOLDERS BEWARE: Read the fine print on your CD. If you have a 5 year CD earning a whopping .5% interest, the early withdrawal penalty (after 2.5 years or so) will be more than what the CD would earn at maturity! Again, read the fine print. I wish I had! Not only that, you will receive a letter saying if this letter is returned undelivered by the USPS, they will turn your hard earned money over to the unclaimed property with the State of Tennessee. According to their nasty-gram, you will then have to file a claim with the State of Tennessee and pay the fees to the State of Tennessee to get your hard-earned money back. Good luck getting your saving back! How lovely of US Bank. Thankfully, I received the letter and follow-up with a call often to make sure they still have my hard-earned money. Some how I thought that once you had money saved, banks wouldn't be so nasty to you. Clearly, dealing with US Bank my theory is wrong!

****BEWARE****** i left the following feedback and was retaliated against by the branch manager and my accounts were closed! ******BEWARE US BANK IS NOT A SAFE PLACE FOR yOUR MONEY********, condescending and rude. This branch office will lie to you when you call and ask for a manager; they will say the managers aren’t in the office when you are sitting in the parking lot looking right at the managers in the office. I am switching institutions because the people in this one branch are unacceptable. DO NOT LIE TO YOUR CUSTOMERS.

Customer service was lacking prior to COVID. Now, it is non-existent. The lobby is closed so you either have to make an appointment or drive to the next closest location in Spring Hill. I’ve been trying to make an appointment with this location but they will not answer the phone.
