Bill Gill is your man. He and Kelsey were so supportive, communicative, timely and had a knack for making you feel at ease. I truly felt like they had my back through out my entire loan process and I would not hesitate to refer him in a heartbeat.

This is my second time using Fairway. If it is up to me, I will never go anywhere else for these services. Bill and Kelsey are amazing and made me feel like I was their most important customer. I had a horrible experience with James Beard and Becky Clearwater a couple years ago. short story, I told them multiple times in person and on the phone to NOT run my credit yet because I wasn’t ready to purchase A house yet. I just wanted to talk about my options for the future. They were very pushy and told me they just needed a copy of my tax records so they could give me an idea on what we might be able to afford. I have it to them, and they walked out of the room to “make a copy” and ran my credit!! I was so Upset. THEN a few MONTHS later, after I stopped returning their phone calls I get a notification from credit karma that they ran my credit AGAIN!!! I was trying to build my credit, and each time they ran it, my score lowered about 15 points each time. It make me feel “stuck” like I had to work with them now since they already ran my credit and. I think that was their plan. I tried to fight it but they lawyered up and refused to help. I ended up going to guild mortgage and had a great experience.
