I called this bank April 4, 2022, to my surprise no one answered the phones! In order to make a appointment you have 2 choices, have the internet, or go to the bank, and come back another day for your appointment! I have to assume covid is the reason, or pure stupidity. Since when do you need the internet and technology to understand, how to connect with Wells Fargo? Who wants to go to a bank, make a appointment for another day? Wells Fargo, shame on you for your arrogance!!If this has happened to you please hit like and I will show the bank manager, in numbers we has customers, can change, how this bank is mistreating customers!!!! I would leave this bank, however it would affect my credit or I would be gone. Wells Fargo, responded, of course a automated response, with a request for the same information I already gave. Wells Fargo arrogance is beyond belief!!!?

Wells Fargo Bank has changed quite a bit in the last several years. Their customer service seems just okay. And I would encourage you to review your dealings with them carefully.. If you can find a good branch office, with some dependable employees, give them a try!

Wow! Went in to pay my mortgage payment. Teller asked for a debit card, told her I don't bank with Wells Fargo, as the check I had given her clearly showed. She then asked for my date of birth. I responded with " did not know it would be so difficult to give Wells Fargo my money!" She stated she was a new teller. Then another teller came over to help her. Maybe some more training for Jenn, or another teller that has been there for a while to shadow her.

I don't go into a branch often but when I do it's to get quarters for laundry, the previous time I was there the teller had made some not polite remarks about the coin op laundry that I did not appreciate. This most recent visit though, they had a shortage of coins. I asked if I could still get some quarters so I could do laundry I was told I could only get 3 rolls, frustrating but fine. As I'm walking away I heard the teller next to the one I was working with, tell a customer that I should be happy because she made an exception allowing me to have 3 rolls, I was only supposed to be allowed one. I was frustrated with the coin shortage, but there is no reason to make comments about me being "lucky" they made an exception when I had no way of knowing, and then to mention it to another customer as if I'm the bad guy for asking for quarters to do laundry. If I'm only allowed one then only allow me to withdraw one and don't give me a hard time about exceptions this was both a frustrating and belittling trip to the bank. I do not look forward to future visits.

I have given it a five star because of the people that work here. When I talked with a banker in the past he/she didn't try to push anything but gave me some good helpful info. Going through the line whether in/outside can take a bit if you are there when everyone one else is off work, BUT is normal. Never had a problem with this branch.

Tried to deposit $200 cash into my daughters account. They would not allow that. Awful bank!!! Don’t go there

More than once had to race to get to bank after work. One employee there actually saved me a "spot" in drive-thru so I could make my deposit. I am not a fan of the banks practices however the staff at this branch is 5 star!

While travelling - we Popped in to cash a check. Nice bank! Wells Fargo has an annoying new protocol - when you walk in they say, "Welcome in!" I had a quick chat with the delightful cashier about this. We agreed it was a bizarre greeting ...In what?

The teller who I know has always been nice to me when I come in even was sympathetic and helpful when I had problems with my account. I get off at 4:30. And I desperately need to deposit a check today. They had just closeed. That same teller he could not help me and I explained I have two scheduled payments that are supposed to be taken out and if I did not deposit it I would be in the red cause I did not have enough at the moment. When I tried to explain my situation... He acted like he did not care andwas extremely disrespectful.. he then explained that I would have to come back tomorrow. I told him I cannot I need to do this to I do not go into the negative. He then Said he could not help me. What in the hell guys...

In line in the drive thru for 15 minutes and then told that we could only do one transaction per vehicle. There was not a sign or anything indicating we could only do one transaction. The teller informed us that we had to go inside where according to him the line wasn't that long. I have never liked this bank and today confirmed that once again. One star for them only because it wouldn't let me give them no stars.
