The folks at the Georgetown branch did a GREAT job helping me navigate an account breach attributable to a classic phishing scam. Doreen and Shannon responded instantly when we called to report the breach, blocking the accounts and preventing any loss of funds. They had a new secure account set up within an hour and have been super helpful in transitioning over to it.
