These people are awful. I tried to send Western Union $ and they accused me of having a pending online transaction. I called Western Union and there was NO transaction. I tried to get the lady to talk to Western Union and she clearly did not want to help me. She lied about the transaction that was not there. When I argued with her she called the police. THIS PLACE IS NOT HONEST!!!!!

A complete waste of time and they didn’t have the decency to give me a response on approval or not and o their website states just active checking they made me send all my personal information to them say o this and I guess when I emailed them a suggestion and saying they were kinda misleading on website I never heard from them again …Unprofessional even if not approved either way you should be told they simply stop responding.

Not only did they waste my time and refuse to cash my check because my temporary drivers license and four additional forms of ID weren't good enough, but they were rude and ill mannered. I hate that I had to give them one star.

Worst check cashing place ever .. We went in to cash a tax return check .. First they don’t want to answer simple questions over the phone , and just say “ if u want to come in we’ll answer your questions “ Then I get there, just for them to tell me they can’t reach the IRS to verify the check cause it’s a Saturday . Clearly they could have told me this over the phone before taking the drive there.. Then they say they don’t have enough money to cash the 700 check. How do these places stay in business.

It was fast. Minimum $2 fee per check or 2%. Place is pretty empty, not much stuff but I guess minimalist works for some companies. It's in between PANDA EXPRESS and the UPS STORE.

Says everywhere WE CASH ANY KIND OF CHECK! Oh the check you have we don't cash?!? Really? Why even waste my time? All's your going to get out of this place is horrible coustomer Servace. I highly recommended check city instead. Went right down the street they had no problem helping me. With no attitude i might add. save your time and go there trust me this place is garbage.

Wonderful ladies, they are always willing to help. If they can't will apologize for it.
