Finding a bank and a Loan Officer that takes their time and explains everything to you is tough these days. With rates going up and down and the process being very difficult it’s always hard to find someone who will explain everything to you and go as slow as you need them to go. Mike Caggiano was that person for me. He made the process so easy and was very knowledgeable and had an answer to every question.
