Ever since they took over Fairport Savings and Loan, it's been like pulling teeth to get any reasonable request met. Honestly the worst bank I've ever interacted with.

This is the worst bank ever staff is useless they lie say they can't do something and other location does it never have solutions for problems that have easy fix the workers are lazy and rude total waist of time worst customer service

The entire staff is always helpful. However a big high-five to Carolyn. Always gives great service. And nice to go someplace where they know who you are and call you by name.

Edit: Regular life has resumed! Best savings interest rate % locally. This closed lobby BS needs to end. Just sat in the drive through for 30 minutes waiting on TWO vehicles ahead of me. Directly across the street is Wegmans, whose cashiers have HUNDREDS of transactions every shift. But my bank can't have 2 tellers handling a few dozen?!? Don't have to spend 30 minutes wasting gas just idling if the lobby was open.
