I first found Erik when helping my sister find a new, more responsive realtor, and Erik totally fit that bill. When the time came for us to sell our land in Georgetown, we decided to use him as well. He is very personable, very up front, answers questions clearly, and is ever so patient, prompt, and a clear communicator! We made enough money from the sale of our raw land that we were then able to turn right around and use Erik to buy a house in Elgin! He helped encourage us to advocate for ourselves, and he was an excellent advocate for us as well. We are now settling into our new home and would gladly use him again.

My wife and I just closed on our new house and it's primarily thanks to Erik. Erik is a big tall dude who is super honest, and has a good sense of humor. He helped my wife and I sell our land and buy our first home.
