Good gracious this location is so frustrating. Twice now I've had to leave entirely and come back at another time, either because the line was so long and taking forever, or one time because the teller asked me to count all of the cash I was depositing so I could fill out a deposit slip with the amount. The latter I understand to a point, but I am certainly not counting $1500 there in the branch, and I don't really know why they couldn't use their money-counting machine. Notwithstanding that last point (I assume they want to make sure our totals agree with each other, but it was still aggravating), they never have enough tellers yet they have a bunch of other employees who mill around doing I have no idea what, their drive-through seems to be permanently closed, and they close at 4pm. I'm a Platinum Rewards member and have a business account there as well but that appears to matter for zilch when visiting this branch (at Wells Fargo, my former bank, the cash deposit situation would never have been an issue). Yeesh. I will find another location.

We use this bank for our business. I’m here at this bank 2-3 times per week. They have to be the rudest “CUSTOMER SERVICE” representatives I have ever encountered. I have come in the bank and there is no teller so they can’t even take our money! Who doesn’t want money? You’re so rich now you don’t need it? The people here need TRAINING on how to interact with people. It seems as though they have never met a human before. The wait is atrocious! You wait 15-20 minutes at a time even if you’re the only one in line. They ask for things that are already given to them. All they have to do is lol. If you don’t know your account number, too bad. We bring over 1 million in business here and we are treated worse than when I was a server!!! Anyone out there knows that’s bad!

Ms Desiree at this BOA location has been so helpful and friendly. I visited this branch to notarize some paperwork. Ms Desiree absolutely took the stress out of the process and made it easy for me.
Hi, Ting. Thanks for letting us know how helpful Desiree was during your financial center visit. We appreciate you taking the time to let us know what we’re doing well. ^alma

If you are in a hurry, don't go to this branch. They have plenty of employees to help you open a new account but have an inadequate number of tellers. Not kidding when I tell you that there were three employees standing around doing nothing while there were 8 customers (with established accounts already) in line with one teller working the drive-in window and the lobby walk-ins as well. I spoke with the branch manager and let her know that more focus should be placed on existing customers and not the opening of new accounts. Didn't Wells Fargo get in trouble over aggressive marketing? This branch needs to staff for it's clients needs not what is convenient for them.

Never answers their phone. Takes forever to be seen when at bank. Worst bank ever. So glad I never have to deal with them again after closing my mothers account. Go to a credit union or smaller bank!!

Worst BOA in history. I was just charged an $8 service fee to cash a check but they refused to provide me with the denominations I requested because i am not a customer. The request was simple; I asked for hundreds, not 20s. When I asked why they would charge me a service fee if they were not fulfilling the service I requested, the manager told me, "We reserve our 100s for customers. Money is money." That was the WORST service I have received in a long time and in this climate of no customer service, that's saying something.

I have no idea how bank of America can hire so unfit people for the job. Associates in this location are nice and they provide better customer experience but Manager is awful and she never have smile on her face and always complain on one or other thing and she delivers message very disrespectfully. I thought BOA is very customer friendly bank but this manager is so wrong pick. I live very cl oui se to bank so I prefer going there but I font want to .

This place is the worst. They arent helpful. Anytime I go there with a question, they tell me to call customer service. The only good thing that I've worked out here, was getting 1 of a double overdraft removed. But right after that, I let the lady talk me into switching a credit card over to them and then she never got back to me on it.

Rude, condescending and border line racist behaviour by notary officer Madeline. Have complained to Asst. Manager. We will see if she will do anything about it. Have had such great experience with Bank of America in the past. First time at this branch and am very disappointed.
