Applied for a loan, the next day received an email "The loan was denied, sorry" Whats really disappointing is I have been a customer for 10 years with multiple loans through Envision and a 100% PERFECT payment history. They did not even call me to tell me why I was denied and when I replied asking for a reason why I was ignored. The customer service here has become absolutely AWFUL.

Bullying teller that was rude and disrespectful that turned out to be a liar. Closed my account after many years as a customer. This bank has reached a very low level, the teller left her station twice without permission like a chicken with her head cut off, managers had no control over her. I felt like my money was not safe at this credit union. I reported my displeasure, but feel like everything will remain the same.

Been with them for many years. Now there are BS charges like overdraft fees when there is no overdraft. Takes them 1-2 weeks to pay an auto loan ( capital one, Chrysler capital) making my payment late. Signed up for notifications...might get them, might not. They started out great, really strong. Now its excusses, excess fees and poor customer service. Looking at other banks.

Worst bank I have ever used in my life. Continually downward slide. I've been a member for 5+ years and they still take a week to accredit my account for cashier's checks from my employers. DO NOT USE THIS CREDIT UNION. WORST RIP OFF AND WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME EVER

The entire establishment has really gone downhill in the past three years. Website and app do not reliably function, and there's no viable way to contact tech support to let them know they just need to clear their DNS table to make things work properly again. Utterly stunned by the technical incompetence of this establishment, and, rest assured, I will not continue to do my banking primarily through this entity. There are elementary schools with more competent IT staff, and at this point, it's just shameful. I do not have any trust that my financial accounts are being handled in a reliable fashion.

DO NOT BANK HERE! I have made deposits that get put on a 7 BUSINESS DAY hold for no reason. Especially this last time, I needed my deposit to keep the lights on but envision was not there for me. I can see the amount in my account but I am not allowed to touch it till after all my bills are do. Take your money elsewhere.

They are allowing my checking account to be charged from my debt card for more then a thousand dollars now and even though the card was cancelled months ago they cannot stop it! Take your money out and run from this credit union. Have been a member for 30 years and I cannot believe that new management can not figure this out and stop it. Run!!! Is all I can say !!

The absolute worst financial institution I have ever had the displeasure of working with. Whatever you do, do not get a mortgage or loan with them. I opened a small mortgage with the lender in 2014 and immediately set it to autopay, in year 2/3 I noticed that I had been double debited on a given month, not billed on another months, the debits were sometimes late and late fees assigned to my auto debited account. I spent hours with the people at Envision and after several calls and massages and speaking with some executive at the credit union I was assured everything was fixed. Flash forward another year, I again was not charged on given months, the interest charged was significantly different from one year to the next and late fees were applied to my auto debit account. I went to a branch in person and was told that it was a problem with the bank that was receiving the debit requests and the worker insinuated that I didn't have the proper funds in the account. I was outraged as the debiting account had always had far more than what was requested. Upon speaking the branch manager I agreed to pay the mortgage in full (with the bank account the employee insinuated didn't have enough money to cover the monthly mortgage) and you would hope that would be the end of the story. But instead of the remaining escrow being mailed back to me in the form of a check (as all other financial institutions have done) they applied the remaining 655 dollars into their Member Share Savings without my consent. So I attempted to transfer this money to an outside bank account online. But alas it wouldn't let me do this. I called and spoke with someone at Envision and was told I needed to open a checking account with them if I wanted to be able to send escrow money that was, without my consent, sent to the Savings account in the first place. I objected. I was told I could write them a letter. I objected, this was after all not money that was ever intended or used to be put in a savings account in the first place, why am I writing them a letter to request it back if I'm on the phone with them in the first place? After more time on hold I was told I could have them mail the requested amount but that it would put the account below a $250 requirement as I no longer had the Mortgage account and I would need to either pay fees to keep the Member Share account active (so I could use the account for retrieval of past statements or tax information) or they would close the account totally. The Member Share account had 5 dollars in it for the 4 years prior without any concern about a minimum and while the mortgage account had a 0 balance because it was paid off it still existed as a retrievable account under my name in the system. When I explained how ridiculous it was that I had a new required total was and went back to the insanity of the accruing events the lady on the phone cut me off several times telling me that it was their policy to submit extra escrow from a mortgage account into a savings account. After more calmly speaking with the manager who did not inject, she hung up on me. So there you have it. Despite the 3.3% APR on the mortgage I decided it was better to pay it off in cash than use them. Even when I did so this company was absolutely incapable of completing the transaction without screwing it up and engaging in a long, tedious and aggravating back and forth which, as of this writing as not resulted in my escrow funds being returned to me. To this day I'm not sure if I was charged more interest than I was supposed to because of their auto debiting misadventures. Use literally anyone but them for you financial needs.

I am getting the run around with this credit union. I have called 5 times, over the past month, to try to set up an appointment for my almost-90-year-old grandmother. I have been told five different things! I am the one making the appointment because I am the one taking off work to take her. She wants to add me to her account so I can write her checks for her. I was told on the last call that they will have to speak to her to set up the appointment....WHY??? I'm not asking for account information and she doesn't know my schedule. YOU GUYS ARE MAKING IT ALMOST IMPOSSIBLE TO GET A SIMPLE TASK COMPLETED. SHAME ON YOU!!! This is for the Chattahoochee branch.
