Enterprise Bank & Trust Lindell Blvd, St. Louis

It was me and my husband first time going to this bank and I must say our first impression was that the staff and manager was so helpful and welcoming. We had the pleasure of working with Mrs. Lisa and Mrs. Mona and they were exceptionally awesome. They went above and beyond in assisting us. The environment was so pleasant that made us feel very comfortable with engaging in several conversations that we opened up an account with them. This bank has excellent customer service and knows how to make a person feel welcomed. I'm happy that we have made a bank home with them. ❤❤❤

They helped me with a notary, but otherwise, I needed serious financial assistance and was going to find out about how to set up an account with you all, but I didn't receive the help I needed.

I have been with Enterprise Bank and Trust for many years. It started when my dad was ill, he has since passed this life, and our attorney's office was across the street from the Clayton location. Our children attended school in Clayton, so it was convenient for us. I started going to the Lindell location because it is closer to Forest Park, where I work. The staff at Lindell is very good also. The outstanding person who has made a tremendous impact on me and my family, is Ms Tessa Farmer. I hope I spelled her name correctly. She is pleasant even if she has to say something you do not want to hear. In other words, she knows what is allowable and what is not. She is seriously committed to excellence in her staff and in her self. She is thorough and explains not just what must be done, but why it must be done. She is noteworthy and I wanted to put this in writing, so that if there is an opportunity for her to be promoted, she would be considered before others.

I have been a customer of Enterprise, specifically this location, for over 3 years and have always had an exceptional experience. The staff is always polite and accommodating and Tesha Farmer has always taken the time out to make sure her customers have the best service. I can't say enough as to how well Tesha and this branch has treated me and my company and always makes sure that we receive the best service possible. We appreciate you and what you do!

Enterprise Bank on Lindell Blvd. is my neighborhood bank. I get great service every time, which is important, but equally important is that the staff, especially Shelly and Tesha, welcome me by name when I walk in. Due to COVID I had to do my recent transaction at the drive-through window, but Tesha still greeted me personally. This personal connection is part of what makes this bank special to me.

As a new business owner I’m am so impressed by the support and service at this particular branch. Its rare when you find people that have a high degree of professionalism. Shelly and Tesha always have time to answer any of our business/personal questions and take time to point us in the right direction. It’s refreshing to deal with people who love their job and treat customers with respect. Big thanks to all the workers at this branch!!

Shelly Conley and all the employees not only handle my financial needs as a banking institution, they are like family. I am treated with respect and kindness when ever I walk in the door. I would not have it any other way nor will I ever bank with any other institution in the greater Saint Louis area. These guys are the bee's knees and the honey comb that comes with it.

The branch manager and staff are always very welcoming and they have went above and beyond Pleasant branch and clean Prompt at returning emails and phone calls as I had a issue and branch manager quickly resolved.
