Been banking with US Bank for 10+ years. Unfortunately this is the closest location to where I live and by far the worst US Bank branch I’ve ever experienced. Extremely rude, unprofessional, slow, impatient staff. It was like this pre-pandemic but has definitely gotten worse since. Expect to spend 30+ minutes in the drive through even if your actually at the booth. I honestly can’t believe how horrible the customer service is at this location. If there were another branch closer I’d just avoid this location all together.
We're sorry your recent experience was less than desirable, Ashley. Please know it is never our intention to take up more time than necessary to complete your banking tasks. If you would like to discuss your experience further, please send us an email with your phone number to [email protected], including reference number 4698. One of our Ambassadors will call you within 2 business days. Thank you and we look forward to speaking with you. ^Larisa

Close this US Bank location for the love of God. Waited 45 minutes in drive thru. About to switch banks because of this location.
Hello Chou, thanks for reaching out. I know how frustrating long wait times can be and I'm sorry for any inconvenience. I hope you were able to get the assistance you were needing. For your convenience, many transactions can be completed digitally, 24 hours a day. This can be done at any of our ATMs, on our website at usbank.com or the mobile app, or by calling our 24-Hour Customer Service at 800-872-2657. I hope this helps and that you have a great day. I went thru the drive thru on 5/29/2021 to get $720 in change. Teller said she can't since I have personal account Not business account. Mind you I come to the location often never had any issue. Manager called me inside the lobby. The rude and unprofessional manager told me unless I open a business account. I cannot get any change moving forward! I said as a customer I am not allowed to get change? She said no! I figure its perhaps the amount was too big ($720) so I replied what if I wanted $40 or lesser amount of change. She said I can't get any change period, moving forward! She told me I have to go to my bank that I have business account with. Memorial weekend my business account bank is closed. Since she refused to provide any assistance left the lobby and I had to drive to the US bank at the Clayton location. I go there regularly. I went inside ask if there is a limit on change for a personal account. She said no as long as I have it. I said explained her what just happened. She said that is strange. As a customer I am allowed to receive change! Go figure, I received the change at the Clayton location! The manager at the Lindell location lied about its policy and refusing to service their own customers! I am not a person that write reviews but she wasted an hour of my time. Would like others to beware of this branch. I am replying to the response from Ryan: This was Not an issue of reserving coins for others. I did need NOT need coins. I needed $1,$5,$10 as change. And I can understand if there was not any at that time. But this was Not the case. The manager was adamant and explicitly told from now on that I can NOT receive any change UNLESS I have a business account!
Hello Rishi. Thank you for taking a moment to share your experience with us. We understand and apologize for the frustration caused. Branches can reserve coins for business customers as we need to be sure that change is available for these customers when requested. We are happy to see that another branch in your area had the availability to process your request. We hope this information is helpful, and thank you for reaching out. ^Ryan

The staff has always been courteous and helpful but they're often understaffed so service is slow when busy, both in the lobby and the drive through. The ATM was also not working again today. I'm updating and reducing the rating again because a machine wasn't working, one used by tellers, so I couldn't complete my transaction. Sporadic equipment and other problems can be expected, but this is too much too often.

The ATM both, the drive thru and walking, never works. I put cash all the time to my account and I live 1min away. You have to pray God and be super lucky to have the ATM work. I have had this problem for 4months now. Why would I have to drive all the way to other ATM just because this branch choose to provide poor customer service.

I can not stress enough how sketchy and unprofessional these people are. They have stolen an entire paycheck from me. I called and spoke to a woman who claimed she had to research what happened to my check and she would be calling me back. She never called me back. I want to know what happened to my paycheck. This is highly alarming and extremely unprofessional. I have pulled my money from US Bank and opened an account with a credit union. I suggest you do the same. US Bank just does not care about you. They will steal your money when given the opportunity.

This is the closest bank to my job, every single time i go there i get treated as if the employees are lending me their personal money even though its coming out of my account. Every single time I go there i leave feeling depressed. If you do not enjoy working in customer service then don't. Working on changing banks at the moment even though it'll mean a farther drive, at least ill be treated like a human being.
Thank you for taking the time to bring this to our attention, Keith. We never want a customer to walk away feeling like this. We would like an opportunity to speak with you about this issue and offer our assistance. Please send us an email to [email protected] with your phone number and reference number 1802, and we will be happy to give you a call within 24 business hours to help. We look forward to speaking with you. Thank you. ^Ryan

As much as US Bank makes off its customers in over draft fees alone you’d think they have enough money to pay for more staff. Waiting everyday 20-30 minutes in the drive through everyday is unacceptable. People have things to do, waiting at the bank forever isn’t one of them. Do better. Hire more people.
Hello McKenzie, we're sorry to hear you didn't have a good experience at this location. We'd like to hear more. Please send us an email to [email protected] detailing the experience you had. In your email, please include your phone number and reference number 6018. We look forward to hearing from you. ^Heather

So I visit this US bank to take money off my card. The ATM machine takes my card literally for no reason at all so I have to wait until Monday to talk to someone to get it back. I call Monday and whoever I spoke with, told me I could come in Sat to pick up my card with my ID since my work hours are the same as their open business hours. I get a call Tuesday while I'm at work saying that they Cut up my card because it was NOT "A US BANK CARD" ------although i HAD SPOKEN WITH SOMEONE AND THEY TOLD ME TO COME IN SATURDAY because of my schedule- I even asked if i could approve someone to pick it up. ----I respect policy. I respect procedure.. what I DON'T respect is the fact that I have to suffer due to an employee who just told me anything! And the bank manager who at first had a attitude and could not give me a good reason on why their machine took my card IN THE FIRST PLACE- THEN they cut it up as if I hadn't talked to anybody about it. I WASN'T EVEN WARNED THAT -THAT COULD/WOULD HAPPEN.AND if I were warned... I could've went to work late to pick up my card. My card cost money to replace and the manager said she couldn't even approve the request on getting me a new card( i know that sound unreasonable, but I have no idea why the ATM took my card in the first place - I have no existing bank issues- so why should I have to suffer due to their unprofessional behavior) I am extremely upset with US Bank and fed up with having to deal with unprofessional people
