Great experience! Went in on a Sunday just browsing for tools, guitars, guns, whatever...ya know....just checking it out. They had several decommissioned police standard carries and an old school but VERY clean Taurus 66 .357 Magnum caught my eye. This gun looks like it was carried and well cared for by a law enforcement official for a couple of decades. The assistant manager Melissa was quick to assist me and negotiated a VERY fair price for such a clean firearm! I have not purchased a firearm since pre 9-11 and did not actually expect to walk out of there with that hand cannon the same day. Melissa is a consummate professional! She knew all the steps and dealt with the ATF background check like she was making a bologna sandwich! I was expecting a pain in the ass but instead Melissa made this transaction smooth, easy, & painless and at the same time professional, thorough, & dotted I's & crossed t's! I was outta there in 20 mins max! Can't say enough good about Melissa! I'll be back again & again!

Good afternoon.. One of the worst deals.. . unprofessional. Without knowing or treating people well. They must have signs of their policies and train the staff thank you. I hope the same thing doesn't happen to them.
