The service I received was excellent! I was immediately greeted with a welcome and a smile, and was provided great customer service. Benny answered any questions I had and made my visit a pleasant one. I will definitely be returning and would strongly recommend this place to others.

Had a great shopping experience. Friendly service even though they did not have one of the items I was looking for. They did help me find that other item at another EzPawn close by.

This is the first review I have ever left but the employee at this EZ pawn angered me so much I felt I needed to warn others. So I walked into the EZ pawn expecting to get some dvds when I noticed a Soprano boxset right where the 5 for 4 dvds were without a price on them like the rest of the dvds in said place. I expected the Soprano dvds to be the same price since there was no price or indication they would be any different than the dvds; that's when the 400 lb. employee stated they were box sets and were a different price when I asked him the price he had no answer and refused to sell them at the price stated even though all of there box set dvds were labeled and had prices. They have a section for box sets where they are all labeled and priced, why were these not? The store practices false advertising and half of their items don't work or work for the 24 hour limit so you can't return them. While I was in there I tried turning on two record players( that the employee assured me would work) neither worked and the employee insisted that they would even after I showed him. I would never go to this EZ Pawn again and the 400 lb. employee with a buzzed head and fake jewelry is ignorant and rude, I wish I could give them a zero out of 5 stars. The other staff members are nice but the shaved head 400lb guy is just awful, buyers beware if you go to this EZ Pawn

Great staff, quick in and out for whatever you're trying to pawn or sell. The young man that helped me was courteous and very helpful thanks to he’s help I was able to find the perfect earrings for my daughter. Definitely going back again. Thank you, for that amazing customer service.

Went in to browse and Benny was able to help me find a nice affordable stun gun. Now if anything tries to attack me or my dog while we’re out walking, I’ll be sure to zap them into tomorrow! 😃 Thanks Benny! Would recommend. A+ Customer service.

I had never been to an ezpawn before. Walking in I was greeted by this nice employee right off the back he offered to help me! Store looked well kept, organized, clean and smelled nice! I didn’t catch his name he had a beard and tattoos! Loved the fact that he was wearing a Santa hat keeping the Christmas spirit in the store he was very helpful great great customer service! With great customer service like that I’ll definitely be back! All and all an awesome experience!

Greet customer service:) all the employees had a good attitude and were super nice. Was attended by a lady name Mariah she gives some of the best customer service!! Glad to say I walked out happy and had a good deal for what I sold!! Shout out to this ez pawns 100% recommended
