Eastman Credit Union Shopping Ctr, Johnson City

I've been banking with the Eastman Credit for 3 years. Applied for a loan online and was hit by a fraud. Was told to close the account and open up a new one. Came to do that and they proceed to treat me like I did something wrong when I did nothing now they're trying to make me pay but not letting me have online banking or overdraft protection when I did nothing wrong. Will never bank with credit union again especially when they want to treat their customers their loyal customers like they're the person that did wrong. Eastman Credit Union is a joke

I couldn't be more disappointed than my son was today after learning the news my credit union (Eastman Credit Union) delivered. After making what anyone would call a wise business move made by a loving and caring father of three, that's when it hit me, they could care less if my kids are happy or even have basic amenities because after making 5 separate trips over the course of 2 weeks to Wal-Mart to pick up 5 Christmas gifts (one for each of us in my immediate family) that totalled in leau of 2,773 dollars, when I marked the hour and minute that I told my 7yr old son for the FIFTH time over his Christmas vacation that we wouldn't have a family Christmas at all, there is no lower point in a working man's life than that right there. And their "reason" was not due to outstanding debt (ZERO) or past due checks, NO their reason each and every time I called them at the register was (1, not having my routing number on my person), (2, not being able to provide not only my checking and savings account info from Eastman, but they also wanted my other account number from another establishment) and (3, not able provide the proper type of verification after producing not one but three government issued Photo ID's). And lastly, I was approached by one of Eastman's "hierarchy" at the most recent experience at the Wal-Mart lube express where he informed me that his daughter drove his car and left the tire flat (whatever that means) then laughed and walked off without even telling the wal-mart employee as to why he was there. And this was just today at the lube express.

I havnt used this branch as of yet but ive been banking with ecu for three years now they are a fantastic credit union and take care of their clients.

No-one would help me get a car. But they did with no problems

I could not get anyone to call me back, ever! Emailed multiple times and eventually went to another lender.

I did not use the atm friend did it was packed and slow
