Terrible bank experience. People skipped you and teller doesn't even care.

Great experience with East west bank Brooklyn 8th ave branch. Employee are very nice and smile. Especially The banker Simon, great help on resolve my problems. Manager coming to introduce herself that was so impressive. She want to make sure everything is ok with each client. because of than, I brought 3 of my friends to open accounts with them already. Keep it up.

Good branch, used my personal and business banking there. Staffs are friendly and helpful, with good patience. Their debit card is amazing, no fee worldwide, so convenient for international travelling.

Horrible customer service!! The teller laughed at me when I asked her politely may she speak in Cantonese or English because I don't understand mandarin. I came to the bank to deposit the pennies that i have saved up. The teller charged me 20% when I deposit my coins. I was very shocked because the last time I deposit my coins which was 6 months ago they didn't charged me a fee. Since so much time has past they should have sent a notice either by mail or email of the new fees! Unbelievable!!!

This bank is sooooo UNDER STAFFED. line is always back to the doors. Just one or two tellers working. Staffs not friendly at all. I’m pretty sure the 2 or 3 good reviews they have are posted by their own people. When you stand in the line all you hear is people complaining about how they always have to wait so long when they come here. Too bad they don’t know to give the bank a review.

Horrible, only one window open, what's the point of having 4 then?

Very nice service. Staff was friendly greeting us for express check deposit.

never have cash in ATM! why! I really want to ask how this branch manager manages this company, every time there is no cash on the ATM machine, ask the customer service for a reason, you can go to other branches to get it, this service operation is amazing. ! ∵I am speechless! I am writing this complaint letter to complain to your company about the quality of your service. Your branch service is very dissatisfied.

There are one or two service staff in it, which is really bad. They speak loudly without saying a word. If they know it, they will go to work there, and they will ask you. I really don't want to give a star.
