Chase Bank 4th Ave, Brooklyn

They close the big chase on 54 and 5th to make this big chase. Only one customer service to open business accounts and credit cards accounts. Very poor chase that's why I miss Washington mural. Ican't go in my neighborhood because very small bank.

The manager at this location gave horrible customer service when they detected a fraudulent name on my account. He did nothing to assist me and even questioned my identity. Don’t waste your time. Go to a different branch.

Tried getting cash to pay rent, the ATM vestibule won't open until 7am. Whatever happened to being able to go and get cash 24/7.

Went here to take out my EBT cash and the atm didn’t give me my money. Asked the people over the but they couldn’t do anything.

To many people and they only have 2 windows... you're going to waste about an hour in there just waiting.

Only 2 teller seriously. 25 people outside. No space even for standing outside in this freezing cold.

They are no help, I'm trying to make an appointment for my mother so she can make an account for my sister. If I can't online and no one picks up the phone then how does any customer get proper services????? Then I heard them pick up the phone an purposely hang up.

Quick and easy always a line but it moves fast

This is the worst chase bank in the world I would have to say. Every single time I go to make a deposit to my lanlord I have to wait 25-30 minutes the last time I was there was July 2 and I waited forever. There is literally one teller yes there trying to make chase more modern that tellers are not needed but in that particular branch tellers are needed I hate going there I don’t have a choice because that’s what my lanlord has but I hate with a passion to go there. The district manager of chase needs to come around and fix this because that’s not working is not okay to have to wait in a line to deposit money more then 30 minutes is wrong and outrageous after I waited 35 minutes that day I left and went to another chase in a better neighborhood With real management

Even though this Chase branch is short on staff, the staff they do have are very helpful and very respectful to everyone that comes in. There would always a staff member standing there to help you with your transactions (ATM) or direct you towards what you need. The only thing that I have an issue with is the hours they are open.
