The worst experience I’ve ever encountered for multiple reasons. There were several circumstances where I had to help the employees do their job, including reading a bank statement. It is extremely concerning that this company is still in business. Using Lennar Mortgage ended up costing us WELL OVER the $10,000 they credit you for using them. There were multiple situations where the numbers weren’t adding up or making sense. They corrected it and repeatedly told me it was a mistake. Our neighbors also lost several thousands of dollars and encountered several issues. I’ll spare you the rest, but my realtor and I reported this business for predatory lending. Avoid at all costs!

Lennar Mortgage saved me a lot of money with down payment and upfront cost. Tyler Florez worked with our family and was helpful and responsive. My rate was low and once locked in was lower than what I anticipated. I had no issues with them and recommend Lennar Mortgage based on my experience.

Where to begin...first and foremost, we finally closed on our gorgeous new home! It would not have been possible without Megan Layton’s help. Words cannot fully convey the immense gratitude my husband and I have for her and the team at Eagle Home Mortgage. Without Megan, our dream of becoming homeowners would not have been as smooth and plausible. Megan, we will forever be grateful to you. Elvia Goodwin is the kindest and most pleasant person I could have every had the pleasure of working with. From start to finish she was a complete angel. She made sure she did everything in her power to get our home loan approved. I am so happy that we had the pleasure of having her as our loan processor. Definitely deserves 10 stars.

The whole process with Eagle Mortgage was a nightmare. Eagle Mortgage kept wanting the same documents over, over and over again. They kept pulling my credit report to many time, which I believe was unnecessary. We had to continually check with our processor on how our loan was doing. Also the processor was hard to get in contact with even through emails. If I knew what I know now I would have never gone with Eagle Mortgage and went with some other mortgage company. The only reason why I gave a one star, is because there is no option for a zero.

When I started the home buying process I got pre-qualified by my bank and by my credit union. I then found the home of my dreams built by Lennar and in order to get the builder credit I had to apply with Eagle Mortgage. I got pre-approved and signed the contract. I worked with Tim O'Boyle and the original processor left the company so there were several times when getting a quick response just didn't happen but Tim did reach out to me and answer my questions. Overall my experience was positive and both the Lennar & Eagle Home Mortgage teams.

I recently purchased a home and worked with Dan Marshall of Eagle Home Mortgage. Mr. Marshall made the daunting task of completing the many steps required for a home mortgage seem easy. He was easily accessible...both by telephone and email. I can not say enough positive things about my experience. I am grateful to Eagle Home Mortgage and Mr. Dan Marshall for being beside me in this process.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME! honestly the only reason we went here was because up front we saved more money then going with another lender so we saved about 4,000$ up front but the things we went through with this company and a mortgage lender who had barely a clue what she was doing nor her assistant! I had a gut feeling to spend the 4,000$ more and go with the other lender. Everyday prices changed and down payments and closings and etc! Which I get if you don’t lock rates it will change we also spent 1800$ to lock a rate (so who got this money?) which DOESNT MATTER ANYMORE CAUSE soon as we bought our house all the sudden Chase BANK bought the loan not even 30 days in our new house I feel like we got scammed and the lender got her commission and so did their company. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY GO WITH A CREDIT UNION OR A REAL BANK! You’ve been warned!

This place is terrible. I tried to get a mortgage through this place and use a bond from the government. The bond would cover my closing costs and lower my interest rate and eveidently eagle mortgage didn't like that one bit. So all through out the month of getting my loan they consitantly kept asking for the same paper work over and over again. While I was at work they would leave me messages stating they needed stuff that I already gave them. The house needed a few repairs and the seller agreed to pay for the repairs and so eagle mortgage saw an opportunity and took it. They told me they would get quotes on the repairs but the quotes we're not don't until the last week. They stalled the whole time so that they could void the bond by extending the closing date, stateing that it needed repairs. Then after it voided the bond they pretended like they had no idea why it got voided and tried to sell me the house with a higher interest rate and more down payment. And they never repaired the rotting wood on the side of the house. They told me I would just have to deal with it.

We were emailed another couple's private information (including their social security numbers and addresses), they toyed with us on the rates until we threatened to leave, then at the closing table our monthly payment went up by about $80 from what they had been telling us. Absolutely the worst mortgage experience we have ever had, and we have purchased 5 homes.
