I came in not knowing what I wanted. Big Steve sat me down and helped narrow down what I was looking for and features of my car. I ended up getting a beautiful Titan. Big Steve made me feel like family and with none of the sales pressure. I was in the drivers seat from the beginning on the choices and features I wanted! Not only was he friendly but also very knowledgeable on all of Nissans products and features of the various cars they offer. Don't waste your time. There are so many problems with this place. First we go in hoping for a 2016/17 and he shows us a 2013 telling us the 2017 I saw online was sold. When we said no to the 2013 he brings us a 2016 and we liked it. When it came to payment he started his games. We were going to put 8k down on what was online as a 14k car. But his price wasn't 14k .🤔 He said that the online price reflects a trade in (which I had) and financing with them (which we were planning on). So even with those in place the price still was not matching what was online. It makes no sense. Not to mention their financing is garbage. Had we gone through with it we would've paid over 22k for a 14k car!! He also lied several times. Once about lokey and their free oil change policy. And again telling us they didn't run a hard inquiry on our credit when they did. Then he offered to fill the gas tank for us if we bought it. Really? Dealerships already do that! Go elsewhere. It's seriously not worth your time.

I had been considering a lease for several months and contacted three dealers in the Tampa Bay area and only one responded without making it a requirement that I come to their showroom first. Autoway's Chris McDonald was immediately helpful, considerate of my time, patient and offered assistance all along the way. He even offered to drive a new vehicle to my office for me to use for a couple of days to see if I liked it. I didn't take him up on the offer, but did stay in touch with him. He allowed me to work on my timeline without pressure from the dealership. When the time came, I told him what I wanted, what color, what options and it was sitting there waiting on me on my first and only trip to the dealership. Very, very professional organization and staff. Would recommend to anyone.

Pete Sweat made the buying process a breeze. He was super knowledgeable about the buying process and the vehicle which made me very comfortable. We have a newborn and he was with us, Pete made sure we were comfortable at any length. I cannot express how amazing the experience was and how much I recommend Pete!

Customer Service and Caring at its best! Corey, Sherif, and John did such an excellent job at helping me with a new car. As a single mother with a disabled child I am always coming and going to medical doctors and hospitals I desperately needed a reliable vehicle that I could get my daughter in with her wheelchair. I couldn’t have been more comfortable with everyone there. Anyone who walked by asked if I was helped or needed anything! Excellent people who care.

The whole experience there was terrible. 1st time no one came up to us and the 2nd time the Gentleman that finally came up to me didn’t know what he was talking about. I told him the exact car I was looking for and it took him too long to get the vehicle (20 min) and I didn’t even do a test drive. When I told them what I could afford to pay they went well over by $200 and then the finance guy came over and was really rude and pushy and said there was no way to get the Rouge sport SL for the price I wanted... he was wrong! I went to lokey Nissans and got the Nissan Rouge sport SL premium package for way less then what I found here. If I could give this dealership 0 stars I would. This was by far my worst experience at a dealership

I just got my brand new Rogue Sport two days ago from Fuccillo Nissan Clearwater and both my fiance and I were amazed at the service and people who helped me. Since the new ownership we were very hesitant to come to this location. But because I love Nissan and have had Nissan's for the last 9 years I said "lets give them a shot". Immediately we were greeted by TJ Wright. He was very approachable and not your typical sleezy sales man. He was kind and very inviting. We discussed what I was looking for and my budget and he was able to find my new favorite car I have ever had. He explained the difference between the different models and what would fit my needs the best. We were also assisted by Tj's Sales Manager Sherif who was fantastic at explaining the benefits to owning vs leasing and why we should choose Fuccillo Nissan. I am so happy with my purchase and look forward to seeing these guys again. Oh yea! And we did get a cruise!! I would definitely recommend anyone looking for a new Nissan to come see my friends TJ and Sherif.

This place is a perfect example of why people hate the car buying experience. My husband and I stopped in knowing exactly what we wanted and ready to make a purchase. Upon parking and just barley out of the car we were promptly greeted by Corey. We told him what we were looking for, asked what was available, and my husband asked some questions regarding the specs of the cargo vans. His answer was "I'm not real sure, I've only been here a few weeks but I'll find all that out for you". We were asked to come inside where we found a room full of tables 2 feet apart, each one seated with potential buyers and a sales person. Pretty sure I heard every confidential detail of the "deal" being worked right next to us. Corey proceeded to ask us 25 personal questions ranging from our contact info, credit scores, down payment, etc. Again, we hadn't even LOOKED at ONE vehicle. After some frustration I explained all this information may not be necessary as we just came to see what was on the lot. Then he proceeded to ask for my husbands drivers license. We asked why that was needed if we only wanted to see if they had what we were looking for. His response- "well you can't buy a car if you don't have a license!" Again, WHO SAID WE WERE BUYING A CAR FROM YOU RIGHT NOW?! After that we got up and walked out. I would compare the atmosphere and our experience at Fuccillo to a timeshare gimmick. Horrible sales tactics, as they just end up pissing people off. We'll take our business to a dealer who actually wants to show the inventory prior to asking for everything but a DNA sample first.

He did not make promises he could not keep; did not pressure me into making decisions; and LISTENED! The entire staff was friendly and professional!
