Used to be good, but the past few times I have gone in, there are new employees I don't recognize, I suspect new management, and I get low offers, and I mean really low. Their policy is to find the item on ebay, view the lowest sold price, then offer you that (problem is this doesn't differentiate between newish items and old, or needing repair) Go to the one in Wisconsin Rapids

Pawned my guitar, complete with input cord and amp. They lost the input cord.....conveniently leaving it off the sales ticket. I thought my stuff was safe.

I recently bought a gun there. I was really excited about it and I got two different types of ammo but it won't shoot at all. I'll see you tomorrow if I can but the customer service is really good they were really nice.

The prices are good and fair, the people who usually are there are kind and friendly too

I’ve worked with silver for years, but apparently my STERLING marked silver isn’t silver because the guy googling “silver” says so. What a joke. Update: I emailed the owner of this fine establishment to see if a deal could still be made before posting this and was completely ignored, so that should tell you what kind of investment this guy puts into his business.

I've never had a problem with this place. They are always fair with the prices. You people seem to not realize that they need to make money too. They won't stay in business if they are only making 10% profit off of something you bring in. You also have to realize they aren't coming to your door and asking to buy your stuff. You are coming to them asking them to buy something from you "that's only been used once or twice" and then they hope they can sell it.

I've been going here since they opened the store and I've never had a bad transaction. They always offer me the best price they can and are always willing to dicker with you on price.

Horrible horrible customer service, we went there to get our money back for a ps4 that didn't work, we called ahead of time and got the return ok'd, but when we got there the manager tried to tell us no, he won't exchange it, and actually argued with us and asked us to leave the store for 10 minutes cause he was about to " GET MAD" I mean really? Dude grow up, you don't belong dealing with customers. This is not our first bad experience there but it is our last.

This shop has gotten much better with customer service compared to maybe three years ago, everytime I go in I'm greeted by name and it's always fun to have a little chat with the guys there. Still have yet to be dissatisfied with any of my purchases.
