Horrible Customer Service!!!!!...phone lines don't work.....they're automated system does not work, it continues to say that it doesn't understand and they finally answer, they hang up on you. I have been trying for 49 minutes, just to report that my card has expired and need a replacement!!!! I don't know how they can improve their service, when their automated survey doesn't eve pick up on the choices pressed!!!!!!

Became like other Banks! charge for any little thing starting with balance below $100 on checking when there was no Min. required last year, if a payment is made with out funds on checking account you get charge $29 even if you have money in your savings! now if you want to allow them to pull from savings to pay whatever needs to be pay from checking theres also a fee!! the catch is that they Do not call you to inform you of this!! you need to wait for a letter that gets send out which take a few days to find out you are being charged penalty!!! when they can just pick up the phone to let you know or set the automated system to call you to inform you!! instead they go the letter way 3 days X $29. if you know what i mean!! looking to closing my account with them…. Bad and shady service

We enhanced our product line by adding new digital services and money-saving features such as cell phone protection and fuel rewards. We are always happy to assist our members. I have been a member for years. Alittle disappointed with using mobile to deposit checks. Very misleading when it says 2 days and then check doesn't drop for 4 days . I think the information communicated should be more clear for the customer. This was my first time depositing a check thru mobile and my last. I won't do that again. And I have to agree with another customer in saying I have got some pretty rude reps.

I haven’t been able to recover my password for online access for years now due to the improper or incomplete instructions. I’ve tried more than once, including recently again, but have given up because of the frustration.

If I could give this sorry excuse for a credit union a big fat zero I would! Horrible customer service and extremely rude. Hey E CENTRAL how about calling before hand and informing the customer a hold is being placed? Do yourself a favor and avoid this credit union at all costs!

This credit union is probably the one with the worst customer service, it's a shame, not worth putting your savings or having a checking account with them

Phone system hard to navigate, not able to get a hold of a live person, they changed credit card providers and not able to easily set up auto payments. I don't know if they changed management but they are very poor!!

Not happy with E-central - BEWARE ! Now charging ATM fee's at 7/11 Never did before. I will be closing both my accounts. They said it's 'the machines'. But , where are THEIR machines ??? Not convenient any longer. Which is one of the only things they had going for them.
