Diversified Mortgage Co. Business Center Dr, Irvine

I was searching for a lender to re-fi my property. This property happens to be very unique with mixed use (Residential & Commercial). With a few other factors, its wasn't an easy property to finance. As the other yelper mentioned "Karma", I couldn't agree more because I happened to stumble upon Diversified Mortgage. My initial contact was with Mike, who was absolutely great. Then had the opportunity to talk with Larry, who was just as great. They were able to refi my property without issue. They were prompt, communication was great and we closed in lightning speed. There were a couple details about the loan that I wish were better, such as the term, but under the circumstances with this unique property, I realized that everyone else offered similar terms. Diversified was able to eliminate excess garbage fees that other lenders wanted to charge so that was a plus. By the time escrow closed, I really felt that Mike & Larry were more like friends. Of course, I realize business is business but this business relationship made me feel like it was the good ol' days when a hand shake really meant something. These guys are great and I highly reccomend them. I jokingly said I was going to give them 3 stars, but obviously they deserve nothing less than 5 stars.
