We recently refinanced out home in Seal Rock, OR. Nick Carter and the team at Director's were brilliant. We went back to Directors after having had a great experience with our original mortgage. Every team member was clear and specific about what we needed when. the communication was excellent. They made the process very simple. Additionally, we were able to submit documents and sign forms securely online and as a result did not have to make a bunch of trips to the office. This was especially important in the time of COVID. All of our questions were answered quickly and completely, there were no surprises. Lindsey Cordell was really accommodating and ran a number of scenarios for us to help us make the best decision for our financial situation. We never felt any pressure from any team member to overextend ourselves or make a rapid decision we were not ready for. We are Directors customers for life.
