They wouldn't let me buy crypto, with my own money, because "it's not real money". Do normal people spend their money on money or do they just buy what they want with no issue? I wonder if they'd let me buy NASDAQ. If it's not real money then why does it matter if I buy it? They were actually pretty rude to me about it. I guess I'll have the last laugh when the fat cats that are invested in our fiat get destroyed, and garbage bins like this place go under.

First i called about a business credit card i was cut short you have to come in to fill out paperwork. She said they open back up next week sometime i was hoping she would schedule a appointment but she hung up. So today i go in ask fot interest free business credit card the answer we don't have interest free credit cards period. That was quick iwas reading the reviews they are right this place just takes your money and cashes checks so i took my money out all i wanted was a business credit interest free for 6 or 12 months but i don't think she wanted to do her job

I opened an Account with these guys when i was 19, I'm now 30. I only banked with them cause its whom my parents banked with. I finally had to quite / close my accounts after many Inconveniences and inconsistency and i got tired of it. While the Credit union has appealing Banking options there anything but in terms of running them. out of the 11 years i have banked with them i have never been approved for a loan. Debt consolidation of around 2 grand? denied because i have debt. Car load - denied House loan - Denied personal loan - Denied. credit card - denied unless i pay a down payment of $250 if your credit score is below 630 forget these guys. I've battled for years with Overdraft fees, I used to keep a few accounts where money is deposited in one account and i would load money onto an ATM debit. I had money, but set it up where i couldn't get wiped if my card was stolen / or my account hacked. which has happened MORE times then i can count with directions credit union. it seemed for a while every month i was contesting charges on new cards. I remember making a purchase at Walmart in Ontario one night then 30 mins later i had $700 purchase in Tokyo. my appeal got denied and was told that these were valid charges. HOW DO I FLY TO TOKYO IN 30 mins and DROP $700 on god knows what at a convince store? that took way to long to get back then it needed to be. I watched large purchases placed on pending, Taken out of the account as no longer pending only to be removed from the account and Placed back in pending again doubling hitting my account then over drafting my Debit card account. I have shown proof without vain across all branches in the Mansfield area. I eventually set up my card to decline purchase instead of allowing a purchase to go through. I swear this is done to generate revenue of overdraft fee's from a back end computer system. I had 0 activity on my account for a few months as i transferred to a new bank and they managed to tack on more overdraft fee''s on in despite of me setting it up to decline all because i forgot about a few auto pay services that i had yet to transfer over. Also there app Sucks Terribly. the entire DCU card network goes down unexpectedly almost all the time. Will never bank here again. Avoid this network.

I bank with advantage credit union, & directions credit union teams up with them so I am able to use their ATM. So stopped by to make a deposit on 6-24-2020 between 6-7 pm at directions ATM. Inserted my card, typed in the amount I want to deposit, and it spit me out an envelope. The screen read "Press continue when your ready" so I can fill and fill out the envelope. While doing so, the ATM took my card and screen read "we've retained your card for security purposes." & No it didnt time out. I was unable to deposit my money, and left without my card. I returned the next day to see if I could get it back, the woman inside said "We dont know why your card was taken for security reasons that's why it has been destroyed"...it hasn't even been 24 hours yet at this point. I explained how it will cost me roughly $20 to get me a new debit card, & asked do they plan on doing anything about that, she said "No". She was very unsympathetic & careless with our conversation. If you do not bank here and want to use their ATM, just don't. Please Go that extra mile somewhere else because it is NOT worth it. Take my card, do nothing about it, and almost had me pay for a new one! Thankful my bank is understanding. Smh.

I've come to like credit unions way more than banks! 5 stars would require a faster drive thru, though. They are a little slow... Always.

It’s a shame you can’t go into a bank and get change. You have to have a account with them ,or you can’t get change for a $20.00 bill.

I like this bank. They are helpful and take care of any questions I ask.

I put my money in and they hold it for me until I need it.

Atm stole my card today and no one will answer me

Horrible cant wait to close my account somehow 40$ came up missing from my direct deposit
