Diamond Pawn Shop Jensen Dr, Houston

I been doing business here for over 20 years but today a new worker really made my visit so unpleasant I will not be back. The worker gave me a quoted price of tools I picked out to purchase after agreeing and picking several tools she then changed her mind to more than double the price of the items. I agreed on verbal audio to paying $30 for the items and after doing so she said it would be $70.00. Steve the owner was not there to speak with and the manager he left in charge insisted that they were not being rude which they were being very unprofessional. When I arrived to the store there was no one in sight and the door was locked only after 5 minutes we had been let in to shop. Greeted by the security he had a good attitude. It was the female workers that made the experience a total sham. I was wanting to let the owner know but the person he left in charge made the experience horrible. And even after telling these new workers I been doing business longer than 20 years they didn't care at all. It was a disgrace to Steve and his pawnshop he never treated me bad. His workers are not professional at all.

They had my friend and i wait 20min at counter while they helped nobody first. Tried to offer $50 for pressure washer. I havent been to pawn shop in a while Diamond has gotten horrible. U get more attention from the security at the door. Went down street and to get taken care of. Next shop gave $200. I will never go back to diamond.

Called to ask how much per g they buy gold and was told that no pawn shop would tell me. So fast to decline me without even know I had called many other shop before his and told me their prices. Im happy though because cash American on little york buys 15 a g and with him denying my business I'm able to sell my gold more than this business would have.

Bought a 5000 watt ssl evo 5000.l amplifier installed three weeks later to find it smoking upon install, i put a 750 watt crunch on same setup worked perfectly, tried to take amp back for exchange or refund they said they only do 24 hour exchanges bogus place to shop would not recommend this place to anybody

Excellent service, better merchandise than Cash America. More months on loans and good with layaways, my number one place to go!

Big store, prices seemed more fair than other shops in the area.

First i waited almost 6min before they attending me then bought 2 games they couldnt even tell me the price went home to try it and they only one game worked while the other froze my system and turned it off

This place sucks the young chunky Hispanic guy is always trying to fly talk like if u getting a deal when in reality u leave there u will find it cheaper and a way better deal run get away ..lol!!!

They sell products like amps that almost got my car on fire and they wont refund my money or trade it out

I'm satisfied with the purchase I made plus their hospitality was excellent ,
