Capital One Bank North Fwy, Houston

Absolutely horrible I don’t even know where to begin. This branch was grimey and the banker who helped us had no idea what he was doing. He didn’t go over account types with us because that’s apparently our job. They don’t give debit cards there so that was annoying. They wouldn’t take a deposit from my debit card so I had to pay a fee to use their ATM. But the real kicker is that we could not get access to online banking the same day! Ok no big deal they said 24hours then that turned into 72hours then that turned into 5 business days.. I had multiple managers promise to call me back and they never did. Do yourself a favor and bank literally with anyone else.

This capital one branch is horrible with their ATMs. They never work, and when they do they are super slow and the touch screen is always messed up. Also they never have the courtesy to put signs that the ATM is not working, I’m sure the branch is aware of how bad their ATMs are, I’ve had issues all the times I’ve been there for the last 2 months. Ridiculous. It’s frustrating because capital one is a great bank but they need to focus more on their ATMs id they plan to continue on this new digital era they so highly talk about

They let someone withdraw $30 out of my account at a branch location. When I contacted customer service I was told the would open an investigation.it would take 7 to 10 business days and they would get back to me. Just one of several bad issues. Will be changing banks asap! No stars!!!!

I have used the ATM several times and I have visited the lobby, teller. I would like to recommend to COB to consider installing more security lights on the exit side of the drive thru. To many dark areas for someone to hide. Potential accident waiting to happen. If someone asked me, is this is a safe place to use the ATM?? I would say, "keep it on drive and be aware, or go during the day."

If I could give 0 stars I would, I absolutely hate this Capital One, to say the least. Worst customer service provided by a branch. DO NOT waste your time, they are unprofessional, rude, and take so long processing simple teller transactions, which is funny because the computer/counters count the money to give back to customers. These employees need more training and better customer service skills. Really planning on leaving this bank any other bank would probably do way better!

Brand new account. First time using Capital One for anything. Go there to make my first withdrawal, and I am there as the first customer of the day at their drive-thru. Filled out the withdrawal form and ask for a $100 bill and a $50 bill. Wait literally 10 minutes, as the first customer of the day, and then receive 3 $50 bills. The teller said they didn't have many $100 bills. I asked for ONE $100 bill. From a bank. And it took her 10 minutes to not do what I asked her to do. She also gave me no $10-20 bills, just all $50 bills, which I didn't ask for either. Hard to imagine performing a simple withdrawal any worse. It was way to slow, and she made as many errors in the transaction as she could. Hard to see why I'd go back to this ATM, but it is the closest one to me, and their lobby is closed due to Covid.

very annoyed with the service of that branch of the bank, the attention is very rude, if you ask any question, it feels like they are not treating you like a customer, but that they are doing you a favor, and you should thank them for assisting you !!! they lack better ways of treating their customers! :(

Very unprofessional and poor service racist too. I never been treated so unfair. They cant even fake it.We all are human no.matter what color or race we are and want to be treat that way. I wish people would understand we are all connected and we should respect each other. If you dont like race of people or what every work with machines not the public. But I'm sure they dont care about have bad review I see they have many. WISH I COULD GiVE NO STARS

Hans and Lucia went above and beyond to help my husband and I with our 360 account. They stayed after hours to help us and we appreciate their help. Capital one bank is the best bank I’ve ever had and their customer service is amazing. Thank you!

Never any issues its hi and bye handle my business and dont have to wait in long lines like I did at Chase no complaints.
