When I was getting ready to sell my home, Dave did an appraisal for me. The purpose of the appraisal was to have a basis upon which I could set my price. Dave was very responsive to my request: he was respectful of both my family and my home by being on-time, clean and professional. I received my report sooner than expected, which enabled me to move forward more quickly. Dave’s appraisal was spot on with the appraisal required by the buyers mortgage lender, which eliminated the need for any last minute price changes.
