I Cannot say enough good things about this branch and Erin H. She was extremely helpful and went above and beyond just helping with an auto loan. She is what every professional should be. She helped me in more ways than one and explained everything perfectly and I truly felt she had my best interest in hand and I’ve never felt so comfortable with getting a loan and dealing with my credit before in my life. After leaving the office I couldn’t stop smiling and had to post my experience. Thank you so much Erin you’re the best!

Very poor service. No one answers the Phone. Extremely unreasonable. Can’t get anyone to answer the phone to Make Appointment after More than 15 calls Go there someone comes to The Door explained what has been going on with their phone that I am constantly sent through the loop when trying to make an appointment for over a half hour. That no one at their office was answering the phone. Told I have to make an appointment. Told them what has been going on. There was no one in the establishment or parking lot. Told them I only need to make a deposit. Refuse to service me. There is a thing called reasonable accommodations.

I was disappointed when I was caught in traffic just out of work going as fast as I could to make it before 6 and I got there at 5:58 and I knocked and the lady at the front door shook her head at me saying no we’re closed. I proceeded to beg the lady to let me in but she then walked away. I understand that people want to leave work but I just needed to take money out and for her to not let me in since it’s technically before 6 is rude and unprofessional. I am angry at dexsta on not being there for me on my only free time in between my job.

Very poor customer service, not accommodating or helpful during my transaction to just deposit a check. Won't return to that branch ever again.

Staff is very professional, patient and kind. I am excited to be a member of Dexsta Federal Credit Union.
