Desert Financial Credit Union N Tatum Blvd, Phoenix

This location of Desert Financial is one of my favorite. It's use to be another bank and DF moved into this space and blew it out of the park with the layout. The space is so inviting and so different from the "traditional" bank lobby look. The staff here has always been friendly and efficient. There is never any long wait and I am in and out in no time.

We've been going here for years. Ok not this location, but the one they moved from across the street. We were surprised to find out they were moving to the old wells fargo building. Good riddance to that so called bank. Desert Financial still has the same happy, helpful team. Keep up the good work.

Love this local bank and have been a member for 20+ years. Nice people, fair interest rates on auto loans, free checking, and they are a not- for- profit that pours money back into the community. WAY better than impersonal big chain banks!!!

Desert Financial was original set up for people working in education but they have opened their doors to everyone residing in Arizona. I have been very pleased with the service at my Phoenix branch on Cactus across from Paradise Valley Mall. They are friendly and professional, even offering some extra services you don't get at other banks. All pros and no cons!

Our account was hacked so we had to close all accounts and open new ones. The help we received was amazing! Julio was professional, knowledgeable, and had exceptional skills! He spent hours with us closing and then opening new accounts!!

Don't do business with Desert Financial. They have zero security for your funds. Had all my funds accessed by an unauthorized party over the phone with DF customer service. Thousands of dollars gone in a few minutes. DON'T do your banking with this company! They don't care about your protection. Although the staff might be friendly and try to sell you on the local bank Kool-Aid... This is not a place to bank.

Generally no problems with deposits but PLEASE provide tellers more extensive training on how to correctly generate WIRE TRANSFERS; i.e. the recieving institution is NOT the Beneficiary. Had a bad experince today with funds bouncing back, 45 minutes on the phone, major hassle that should not be occuring. DSFCU will try to wire again next week.

They have always been a friendly and helpful place. We would not change for any reason at this point.
