    I made an appointment 3 days ago to meet with a banker for a notary signature. I took time off work for the appointment and waited in line to find out they didn’t have a notary today. What’s worse, is that I got the confirmation/reminder for my appointment. I had to go to the UPS store and pay $20 for 2 signatures. As a long time customer with multiple BofA products I would appreciate if I was notified they couldn’t service my request. And if they had great customer service they might have even helped me get scheduled at another location. Update: I got an appointment cancellation 1 hour after the appointment.

    I know it’s a busy shopping time of the year and everyone needs to be out and about getting ready. However! Today (not unlike the last several visits) at the bank I go inside to deposit a check. A long line of other customers ahead of me but what the heck I want to talk with a human being (teller) there are ONLY 2 of them working, I dislike those robot ATMs standing outside a building and pushing buttons doing all the work that the bank employee should be doing for me. So the line moves a little every now and then and I keep moving along as well. Finally I’m able to talk with a bank teller and complete my transaction making a check deposit. As I leave the bank I notice that the deposit slip looks strange, sure enough it’s been deposited in the wrong account. Now I have to go back into the bank and (remember that long line of customers) well there is another line. Finally as I came back inside the personal banker employee came over to see if he could help me. As “yes” he did get the deposit transaction corrected into the right account this time. However now that he has me at his desk, he wants to update all the personal information on my accounts. PLEASE all I wanted to do is make a deposit. The first attempt with the bank teller and waiting in line was 20 minutes of my time to get a transaction completed. NOT HAPPY! about that. Then there was another 15 minutes of time with the personal banker to correct the mistake that had been made. So tell me again why am I using this bank?

    Horrible customer services! I am an individual with special needs and cannot drive. Wheat to the bank with my mother to cash my checks. Lady at the teller told us she could not cash all the checks because of the balance. We wanted to speak to someone and we eventually left with no help.

    Absolutely miserable customer service. Be prepared to wait forever on an incompetent staff with no sense of urgency or regard for their customers. No one even acknowledged us for 15 minutes. After 30 minutes we were told it would just be a few more minutes. After 50 minutes of waiting, a banker finally opened up only to tell us he couldn’t help us until after his next appointment in 20 minutes. We left. Wish I didn’t bank here at all.

    Never using Bank of America again. Hidden fees everywhere, unable to make a credit card payment through the website, and then when I close my account I've gotten a new notice every month that I owe money from some fee. I've gone in to ask a banker for the last two months how to stop these fees and they tell me that it is closed and not to worry about it. Then the next month there are more. Still really have no idea how to stop these $32 payments from coming in every month for an account I closed in March. Also, bankers who are unable to answer basic questions. I asked how to receive my rewards points and they said that I can't get rewards points on Credit Cards. Then when I close my account I was told that I lost the $150 worth of rewards I had on the Credit Card. It's not even the money that's coming from them, but the time and effort it's taking to get them out of my life. It's like a bad ex girlfriend ;)

    Handling Estate matters is never easy; however, the folks here have provided great service on multiple visits. Everyone is very friendly, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. I’ve enjoyed such positive experiences at this location, I’m moving my own accounts to Bank of America as soon as possible!

    Every time I go into this branch, I ask myself, "why do I bank with this company?". After the latest experience with business banker Sarah Moreno I am considering closing several accounts with Bank of America. The pure incompetence shown and lies told about what was needed to get a HELOC made me waste 20 hours of time. They requested a balance sheet and cash flow statements for me to get a HELOC. HUGE WASTE OF TIME. I spend hours getting this documentation together and not it shows that my application was closed. THIS BANK IS HORRIBLE.
