    Generally a good branch of a great credit union, but when my roommate needed a check to take for her new job to set up direct deposit, the teller the front desk person directed us to was so unsure about what he was doing and what we needed that we ended up driving to a different branch just to make sure my roommate was given the right papers! Good thing, too, because we actually needed something totally different. I feel like this ought to be something tellers are specifically trained on since this is just about the only thing anyone needs a check for these days so ordering an entire box of checks is excessive and won't arrive in time anyways.

    This bank allowed my husband to remove me from a joint account while going through a divorce. Please check the fine print on this policy before joining any bank. Especially this one.

    The worst of emailing is an issue this company does everything in its power to be wasteful. 2 months later disputed charges are reversed. These where fraudulent companies and taking people money for their own good.

    My first SEMI bad experience at this bank. If this wasn't such a GREAT bank due to everyone else EXPECT the drive thru teller named Joi, why send the drive thru container all the back for me to put A ✔️ in a block, right before I gave her the answer (checking or saving)?? Maybe she was having a bad day or needs more common sense customer service training.... nevertheless, with ALL OF THE OTHER GREAT employees that's inside, like Betsi Lugo. I STILL COULDN'T give less than 5 stars ( more if I could) By FAR, my all time FAVORITE BANK, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM. Plus the other branches!! AN AWESOME PLACE TO BANK ..PERIOD!!

    SLOW SLOW SLOW….Horrible customer service (outside of NEW front desk and back office staff.) Just go to the other Stockbridge location. Tellers are horrible every time and the stool greeter should be in the back filing.

    Never use the ATM to make a deposit. They took my payroll check from my job of 7 yrs and are making me wait 6 days before their loss prevention clears it because they are suspecting it is fraud because their ATM apparently does not take pictures of your deposited checks? customer service will mislead you. Waited an hour just to be told that I won’t have a dollar to my name until almost a week after my check was deposited. I work 50 hr work weeks and can’t even afford to feed myself or my child all because of outdated technology and poor management. Customer service will also not notate whenever you call and file a complaint because I did three times and management told me that they have no record of me calling at all. So the hours I spend on hold to get some misinformation were all in vain. No solution was offered for me. Worse customer service than Wells Fargo. That’s impressive.

    I love this bank. They have good rates, great service and a beautiful building. Their staff is fast and efficient. Once when someone stole my information and spent my whole paycheck at a gas station, they helped me get my money back with no hassle. When I lost my bank card, it only took 5 min. For me to get another one. It’s a great bank and I love the ease of using their mobile banking app.

    I've been a member for just under 2 days, but I can already tell that I'll be with them for a long time, and will be recommending their services to friends and family. Initially, I came in as a referral from an old coworker, figured we can both get a good reward just be joining and having another savings account opened. Looked into also getting my car refinanced and Jordan Farmer took care of the rest. We finished the whole process in just under a couple of hours in total. He was super helpful and informative throughout the entire process, extra patient and listened to questions I had. This man definitely deserves a raise and more good things to come. Got me a nice rate and went over additional coverages I might need. I should've came in months ago! Always heard good things from Delta Community Credit Union, now I know for sure after just being a member for less than a couple of days. Thanks again Jordan!

    Waited 2 years after bankruptcy was discharged to get my credit finally back on track. Went to get my car I purchased from Carmax refinanced at a lower interest rate and was turned down. My payroll check is direct deposited and I also have money in my savings account. None of this was considered. Only I was told since the bankruptcy my student loan was late once , and a previous car which I no longer own payment was late once. Well Capital One didn't mind one bit. If I had not been with Delta so long, I would leave, but I don't feel like the aggravation.. Oh well and that's deep....

    Extremely slow customer service reps although the bank was empty. In fact the friendliest person opening the door. I went in to receive a new bank card, I was told that because I don’t have a valid ID, I can’t access my money or receive a new card. As if having your things stolen isn’t enough, I now have no money although money is in my account. Georgia no longer gives out plastic IDs immediately, they’re mailed weeks later.
