I have had to drop my vehicle off twice at this location for the same exact reason. The 1st time I dropped it off they told me it was because I needed an oil change. The 2nd time they told me they found the problem and they fixed it. One hour later, after picking up my vehicle, I have the same exact problem. This is very upsetting, I do not like this location nor would I recommend it to anyone. I don't know what they have going on, but someone is not doing their job. I should not have to bring my vehicle to the same location, for the same exact reason three times within 1 month. Just horrible!!

We called about a particular vehicle on the website before driving an hour to get there. It was filthy on the inside and had a longtime flat tire which they said they couldn't repair, but would have to order. Why advertise a vehicle when it hasn't been cleaned and can't be test driven? Wasted time.

Rather disappointed in my experience with Landmark and I didn't even get a chance to get down the path of working with them on a deal. I have a car that is garaged in a different state. A car in great shape, low miles, and in demand. I wanted to email some images of the car, VIN #, clean CarFax, loan payoff, etc... all of the details to the in advance to at least see if we could get relatively close on numbers before I commit to driving all the way down to Morrow (2-hour drive). They said they had to see the car before they can get involved in any numbers. I was told by the sales guy that I needed to put my car information through the website (KBB estimate) and then provide them with all of the loan information (even though I already had the payoff information ready for them). He said that management wouldn't even be interested in me providing all my information and images of the car unless it was that way and went on to lecture me that they're a volume dealer and that they have 1 and half appraisers (I'd like to see the half) and they appraise 50 cars a day - inferring that I was wasting their time unless I bring the car there. To some this may sound petty, but for those of you who have been through a car buying experience, you know the ordeal can last 4, 5 or 6 hours or longer. I live 2 hours away and I was trying to make things easier on me since like most of us these days, I am very busy. It's ironic that if I called them up and said I was interested in one of their cars online they would have no problem firing off a credit app to me and telling me how it has a clean CarFax and we can do the deal all online. Time and time again car dealers prove that they are like the "deal" scale tipped in their direction at the expense of the consumer and customer satisfaction. I was willing to drive two-hours to Landmark in Morrow because I heard they had pretty good prices. But I'll pay a little more to another dealer that at least treats you more like a human being than a number (they're VERY few and far between, but they're out there). Too bad I found out Landmark is not one of them.

The service technicians are horrible. I paid for 2 tire mounts and balances. My Sprinter is shaking like a leaf on a tree. They tell you 1 price, but charge me something totally different and pricey. I'll return to fix this problem with my van. But I will NEVER GO BACK AGAIN I'll

I had an amazing experience purchasing a vehicle from Frankie Morris at this location. Normally I dread the car buying experience because usually the salesman wants to haggle back and forth with me and talk me into something I dont want. My experience with Frankie was nothing like that, I let him know exactly what I was looking for and the price range I wanted to be in, and he made it happen! Best car buying experience I have had in my life! I would definitely recommend visiting Landmark and asking for Frankie Morris, you wont go wrong!

If you are in the market for a new vehicle, please steer off from this dealership. All they care about is your money, not you. I traded in my 2014 Toyota Corolla for a 2019 Jeep Cherokee back in 6/18/18 with Ceesay. There were no questions asked about that car at all and didn't ask for any proof of income, etc, it all seemed too good to be true that I was able to trade it in for a brand new Cherokee. The purchase was OKAY but once I got home and looked at my contract and noticed that I was JACKED UP with this high APR and they couldn't negotiate with me after I signed the contract (since it was my first time getting a car from a real dealership), I had no other choice but to stay with this car. After a few weeks of having this car it kept on stalling and stopping on me in the middle of driving (transmission feels rough and horrible as well). My service advisor was Jason throughout this process. Unfortunately the problem with my Jeep cannot be found after 4 repair attempts. The service here is not professional and they are bad with following up with you, they used to not even answer their phones! I was surprised with the "better" service I received during my last repair, my service advisor and the people in that dept. were finally answering their phones!!! That still does not make a difference because every time I come here I get treated like if I am just somebody from the street. The rental place within the dealership is very horrible as well always got an attitude but that will be a whole different review towards them. It could be better if these people are not money hungry and actually act professional and care about their customers. One time I came to get something out of my car in my mother's Honda Odyssey while my Jeep was in service, this salesman asks if I am looking for a new car, yeahhh right not with y'all!!! Just shows how greedy and money hungry these salesman are!!!!!! During that day I was waiting for over an hour just to get something out of my car since someone was "test driving" it... I don't believe it takes an hour for that!! Thank god I am about to be out of this car soon, so I know I won't be dealing with these rats anymore. Apparently these Jeep Cherokee's are not that reliable enough and I had to file lemon law due to what it put me through. I am going back to Toyota or Honda but I honestly made a mistake and I learned my lesson the hard way and will not come here again and will not get anything Chrysler branded again (my preference)... But anyways PLEASE DO NOT COME HERE THERE ARE BETTER DEALERS OUT THERE THAT ACTUALLY CARE...

I was called by a sales rep when I brought my 2008 Dodge Grand Caravan in for service. He convinced me enough to make me believe that they could get me into a newer vehicle without a problem. Before I even decided to make my appointment with them I made sure they knew that I had zero money to put down and I didn't want my payment to go up and that if I came in to trade, I would be upside down. The sales person assured me that he was certain that they would work something out for me. After wasting two hours of my time they couldn't work anything out for me. The next day I emailed and left voicemails saying that I could provide a down payment if they could work with me. I got an email confirmation from Dale Ayers saying that he was going to try something and he would get in touch with me. I went all day long and heard nothing back. I just think it's very unfortunate that they prey on customers that are bringing vehicles in for service or repair knowing that they are probably distressed about the repair anyway and putting into their head they can get them into something newer. I just think it was really wrong for them to do that. I'm also very unhappy with the service department that still has my van that was supposed to only be a one day fix and now we're going on day 3! Have to call them each time for the update not once has anyone called me to give me an update. Not happy at all!!!

Buyer beware. Landmark sold me a used car with a CD that want eject. Something their sales people and I missed while looking the car over. Believe they knew before hand and they refuse to fix issue. They knew the issue as soon as I returned. They told me they are only responsible for safety' features.Bought the car at 3pm today.

My car experience was pretty good. I hada pretty approval from my bank. I let them know what I was looking for in my price range and we came to an agreement. Ms. Baxter did an awesome job!

RUN AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!! This is the worst company to ever bring your vehicle to get service. My vehicle was there for over a month and it still wasn’t been serviced. The lack of professionalisms from this place is out of the world. If I did not call to get updates, no one will call and give me any details. You can never get anyone to answer the phone or reply to messages. I hate that I had to take my vehicle to them. If you want service that is professional and is completed in a timely manner, go elsewhere.
