    I wanna say a lot of improvements. My last problem was before the new system update that involved my account having problems that nobody could fix for me. But yesterday I went in and getting a new card was so easy and the staff was friendly and helpful. The clerk didn’t even have an attitude when I had to be on my phone at the window.

    My worst banking experience. Del-One does not know what they’re doing and they botched my auto loan. 1. My 1st loan processor was struggling to comprehend the VIN # of the car I was buying. I was on the phone repeating it slowly to her for about 15 minutes. I say "three, N as in Nancy, zero..." and she repeats "three, M as in Marlon, X as in Xerox..." Ma'am, WHAT?? She told me to email it to her instead. The email she sent me was riddled with spelling errors. I had to resubmit a loan application bc I didn’t want someone so inattentive handling my loan. 2. For my 2nd application, there were 3 different loan processors handling my paperwork for some reason and no one seemed to know what the other was doing. I had to repeat myself to each person. I was given incorrect info several times and when it came to signing the docs, they were NOT what was originally discussed with me. THREE people and it was still wrong! Good thing I noticed before signing! 3. I had to go into a branch just to open a bank account to get a loan discount which took 35 mins. I called an hour in advance to confirm the address/parking situation bc my GPS was showing 2 addresses for the location. I was on hold for 40 mins though the automated system kept saying “3 minutes.” They hung up. 4. After setting up my bank acct, the lady in the branch didn't even know I was there to also sign closing documents though I had an appt. She later apologized for the major errors in the paperwork and said she'd call me in the morning to see if they could honor the original quote I had in writing. I never got a call. When I emailed about it she said there was nothing they could do. I told her I just want the cash I brought for the loan deposit back via check or wire and she said I would have to set up another appt which is ridiculous and untrue! I called a few days later and someone mailed me the check while on the phone. Took 5 mins. There’s too many employees here that are unorganized and incompetent. I went with another bank and they handled my loan seamlessly and at a better rate. Just avoid Del-One at all costs!

    This location in Wilmington is not so good , customer service skills are not that good and the manager is not a help when you actually take to them. My experience here was not good at all but hopefully they get new people working in this location that actually can actually help people during this time or actually have another location in Wilmington because it is good to have a credit union.

    This bank stole my money January 2021. I had to get a new card and both cards were charged the same amounts. Went into the building and made phone calls. Nobody understood what I was talking about and I still have not received my money. I also went in and deposited a check that was never put into my account.

    2nd Edit: Del One called me today and spent time helping me through the issues and apologized for the issues yesterday. This was greatly appreciated. One of the worst customer experiences I've ever had with a bank/credit union. Am still waiting for the online chat to be picked up by an employee, the chat timed out and closed itself twice while waiting (total wait at 4+ hours). The telephone wait system is atrocious and doesn't give an estimated time that is specific; you get "more than 5 minutes" with no estimated wait time or call back time. Even though I'm a member, the online portal still does not work and I cannot view any of my information/setup an account. Edit: Even better, someone finally connected to me on the website chat, asked for information, and then just left and no longer responded. It's 2020, almost 2021, I would expect this kind of customer service to be a relic of the past.

    This manager named Amanda was very rude and incompetent about funds being released to me on my account. She put my funds on hold after one of the representatives told me the funds would be available to me the next day. Amanda than laughed at me when I told her I needed the funds in the next 48 hours because it was my pay, and I needed my funds from my job. I would not recommend this credit union to anyone. Too great of incompetency here in the lower management. The upper management great people but the lower management you need to revamp Del-one. So sad. I wish this relationship could be different.

    Experience with the account for several years was OK (not good, there are better options like Charles Schwab). Just found out recently they froze my account and started deducting money every month, without notifying me. Essentially stealing my money. Took about an hour of back and forth to get access to my money again. Didn't ever get the money they took, I'm just happy to cut ties and leave this warning.

    One of the most incompetent banks or credit unions I have ever dealt with, ever. Called in November to set up a business account. Explain I'm at an out of state branch and can I handle the application online? Sure, you can FAX it in (who still does that?!?), so we do. It's now April and all this time we have been emailing and asking what's the hold up when we are finally told today that we can't open an account but in person. Wow...way to thoroughly embrace technology and business. I would never recommend this company.

    Most of the staff that I spoke to yesterday about a problem I was having with my car title being mailed to PA were nice and I felt like they were genuinely trying to help but there was one agent that I spoke to who really ruined my entire view of Del One. Collectively, in the end I decided to give Del One a one star rating today because only one customer service agent of the many that I spoke to today correctly took the blame for an error that fell completely on Del One! After my title was sent to the wrong address, although the address on the fax instruction sheet was clear and easily readable, almost no one at Del One apologized for the mistake nor did they take accountability for the mistake. One lady that I spoke with about the issue noticed the mistake and offered to see if she could expedite the mailing of a second car title. Her offer was immediately invalidated because they sent the only original copy of my title to the wrong address. The only solution was for me or the Agency requesting my title to pay $50 for a duplicate of the original copy. This would have also placed my goal to register my vehicle in PA on a longer wait. My registration expired that day! Del One thought that they were clear because their records showed that the title was delivered and signed for. It didn’t matter if it was successfully delivered and signed for, what mattered is that it was at the wrong address because Del One couldn’t read the fax instructions correctly and put the correct address on the envelope. I forget her name but I would love it if someone could look into the call log and let me know who I spoke to on 02/12/2019 around 0947. This woman was very rude and upon sharing the information that I requested, she hung up before I had the opportunity to request the information again to verify. The statement that really mad me mad was when I asked her if she could email or send me the confirmation of the letter being sent. Very sarcastically she stated, “ isn’t a verbal confirmation enough, this is a recorded line.” OBVIOUSLY I KNEW IT WAS A RECORDED LINE. I did not want the confirmation for Del one’s records (they can only access the recorded calls), I wanted it for my own records and as proof to give Imperial Agency (the company that was trying to obtain my title from Del One). Instead of snapping on her like I really wanted to I just asked if she could get the information for me. After returning to the call from a brief hold, she read the information one time. As I was writing it down (because apparently that’s the only way I can receive any type of confirmation from Del One) I was about to ask her to repeat it again and she simply hung up. Like how rude! I hate giving bad reviews but I understand why customers do it now. We work really hard to make the money that keeps businesses like Del One afloat. We depend on them for services that get us through our daily lives and provide us the necessary items and documents needed. NEVER EVER shouldna customer have to deal with a terrible customer service agent.

    By far the worse bank in the history of banks. Mobile banking, ATM, and branch has been closed all weekend . They never return your phone calls and they have absolutely no sense of urgency when it comes to getting customers in and out of the bank.. this branch and this bank should be closed down !!!!!!
