DCH Paramus Honda Service Rte, Paramus

How do these people live with themselves?? Took my Pilot in for a recall and they tell me I need $1,000 worth of "failing items". Tie rods, flushes, emissions, throttle service. They make me think the car is literally going to fall apart. Thankfully, I said no and brought it to my local mechanic who said I need "absolutely nothing" and this is a normal tactic. BE WARNED!!!!

I must say John Tavarez was great, he was fair, helpful, friendly and not pushy. John took his time and asked the questions I didn’t even think to ask about what is important to me in a car. John made sure to gave us the space and time explore all our options before we finally decided to choose the Accord Sport. The service here is dreadful. Never tell you what time you’ll actually be leaving and the shuttle is a joke. Sadly, I lease with this dealership and I hope someone sees this so they can stay AWAY from here.

The employees there should really control their emotions. I shouldn't feel attacked, because someone sent me to your desk. (Check-in at maintenance) plus the side altercation with other employees on who gets how many people to attend. I was there for a friend and dropped off his car and because of the little bit of information, there was no need to give attitudes or weird looks. Very displeased. Not looking forward to anything related on that side. Not taking anything from people on the floor. This has nothing to do with sales department.

Process was simple and quick. Franklin went above and beyond to help me in my search for a new car. I highly recommend anyone in the market for a car to come do business here and ask for FRANKLIN!!

I went there for a Rico and when I left they told me I needed $6200 worth of work it’s true because I guess they’re very thorough but the car is old and not use much so will skip that good place very thorough

True Express Service I always do my service here. Appointment is recommended but you can walk in as well. Express service takes between 45 mins to 1 hr max. I get service coupons on their website. Recommended service center if you stay around.

The customer service is excellent! Unfortunately I leased my vehicle from Garden State Honda which their service and personnel can't touch DCH. You can't go wrong with DCH Honda!

Good place, just has been very busy every time I’ve been. Took about 2 hours to do an oil change. But they gave me a discount for waiting and were very nice.
