    Was never called back EVER. Followed up with Matt multiple times and was given no resolution. Between the call center and working with 2 Agent offices to find a resolution none was given. I will unfortunately be leaving statefarm and never going back I recommend you do the same.

    Very poo customer experience. All he cares about is your money! Once he signs you up for insurance, he won’t return any of your phone calls or emails. My monthly bill double after the first payment. DO NOT SIGN UP FOR INSURANCE THROUGH THIS AGENT!

    Their incompetence caused me great inconvenience and money last May. And then AGAIN last month, when I cancelled my motorcycle policy because the weather is getting cold. I was told (by two employees, one was actually a trainer, who SHOULD know what she's doing!) that my following month's premium would be $95. But when I went in to pay it, they changed it to $125. I got some malarkey about proration. I was never told about this proration when I signed up for the policy OR when I cancelled it. They waited until i came in with just enough money to pay their quoted premium, to raise the price. Furthermore, I just got off the phone with the owner, DAVID ARCE, who very kindly said, "there's nothing i can do about it" Of course, there was. He COULD have honored his employee's quoted premium, but rather than eating the $30 to keep a customer happy, he seemed content with letting me take my business elsewhere! Which is EXACTLY what I am going to do. Alas, he will no longer be a pain in my ARCE! State Farm- yes. DAVID ARCE- HELL NO!!!

    Hi Greg I'm very sorry for the experience you had in my office. When a motorcycle policy is cancelled, the premium is prorated automatically by our corporate office. Judi did her best to estimate this amount, but she did make it clear to you that she could not give you an exact number. In the agent's office we have no control to issue credits nor refund premiums.     So displeased with the customer service I received today after being with them over a year. My rate increased an additional $200 per month due to their deceptive practices!!!! And I was basically told oh well too sad, also promised a call back from the owner, which never happened. I will absolutely make sure that everyone I know is informed of what happened to me. Don’t waste your time and go elsewhere!
