I had a very good and pleasant experience. The manager of the branch is very flexible at least on my case. I went to 4 branches and no one got the time to serve. Tabitha was very practical and squeezed me in. I really appreciated her effort. Great service.
Thanks for letting us know how helpful Tabitha was during your financial center visit. We appreciate you taking the time to let us know what we’re doing well. ^ines

Excellent customer service! The entire team along with the branch manager are there to help. Please stop by and they won't let you down.

Very rude and unprofessional staff. The staff are also ignorant and not very bright. Not willing to help anyone without an appointment, yet the one in Royal Oak on Woodward helps customers who walk-in. Do not go to this branch. Also, the people have strong accents and are very hard to understand. I went to the one on Woodward in Royal Oak after the one here was unable to help me and it was like night and day different.

Literally 1 lady helping 1 guy for at least 20 min. One lady walking around behind the counter. The lights have shut off twice because she hasn’t moved to help anyone. Update for the reply: unfortunately not all services are offered at the atm or online. Trust me, I avoid the inside of the bank specifically for the reason above.
Hi, Amanda. We value your business and are sorry that you were disappointed. We’ll certainly be sharing your feedback with our leadership. Today was the 1st time that I used BOA and I will certainly never use this location again. After waiting outside and being told it's my turn to go in, I wait at my spot until a teller called me forward. I began to explain what I needed to the teller and another woman (who I assume was the bank manager) directing other customers told me that I needed to be over there pointing unclearly because it was my unemployment. I found the way she said this to me very rude considering there's no signage explaining different lines for different transactions nor did everyone inside the bank need to be aware it was my unemployment it felt very shaming to be honest. My issue had been the ATM did not give me my money but it did print me out a withdrawal receipt so I wanted to make sure that my account was accurate is all. Now this woman was helping me in the correct spot so I was re explaining this to her and she did not even acknowlege that I was concerned with making sure my account was ok. I bank at pnc they are extremely friendly, and reassuring had this happened there I would of been reassured it was a glitch at the atm and just to keep my receipts in case of anything. People want to trust their banks and that starts with the first interactions they get from the staff. I am very un happy with one person customer service but I still want to thank the other teller for helping and all of those working right now.

Never more than 1 teller in lobby. That is when they are ever open!!! So frustrating!! If you can’t staff it, then close it down. Been going to that bank no matter what name is on the building. Sell it to another company that takes banking serious for us Madison Heights residents!!!

Camille and Rhonda are seriously so helpful. I know some people like to make a bad reviews, but I don’t have one. They were so considerate, friendly and helping me find a way around my problem and it worked. They made some extra calls for me, gave me options & was beyond professional. I just wanted to send some gratitude. Thank you Ladies for all of your help!! If you have any problems with Bank of America, just visit this location.

I was harassed by the security guard when I was waiting in line, just because I asked what was taking so long. When I brought this up to the manager, she seemed annoyed to even be speaking with me. I closed my account and took my funds to another institution that will treat me with respect.

Waste of time speaking with bankers because they're trained to say it's for your protection and ours when they hold your money. This branch is even worse due to the fact they tell you to use the atm knowing your money will be held for an unreasonable amount of time. Teller lines are always there because they only keep one Teller consistently working.
