Chad was responsive, insightful, and he guided us throughout our mortgage process. We were first time home buyers and Chad eased our anxiety. He was not just a lender, he was a trusted advisor.

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. They tried to change my rate after they gave me a good faith estimate that included a rate lock period. Not only is this unethical, but it's illegal. I also had an extremely difficult time getting anyone to return my phone calls throughout the whole process. They treated me like they were doing me a favor the entire time even though my credit score is perfect. The only reason I didn't drop them as my lender was that by the time I realized they were this bad, I had a short window to close and there were several backup offers on my house. If I had dropped them, to start over with another lender would have allowed the seller to accept one of the backup offers. When I complained that I felt that I was getting bad service they acted like they didn't care and that it was someone else's problem! All in all it was a very bad experience and I would not recommend doing business with them.

Couldn't be happier with our choice to use dash. I highly recommend this lender, especially for first time home buyers. Dash made the process of buying our first home very easy to understand and quick.
