I literally cold called Dana on a week night at 7pm, probably poor judgement of my part. I should have probably called her another day at a more reasonable time. She politely answered the phone and immediately started to gather information to begin the loan application process as I was eager to take advantage of some of the historically low interest rates. Throughout the loan process she was always professional and communicated just the right amount of detail to fully explain things to me without cluttering my brain with details that I don’t need to know. I am now in my forever home and God willing I will never move again, but if I do I will definitely contact Dana. I would highly recommend her services.
