I bought my 3rd vehicle from them. Great service. Ben is also good to work with. He understands all the technology in my new vehicle and answers all my questions... even after the sale... if that be 3 months after or 2 years after.

Somehow when I was looking on Google Maps it posted a one-star rating. This could not be further from the truth. I've been looking at cars at this Dahl dealership and my salesperson Michael has been top notch to deal with. He has allowed me to set the tempo for the interactions, has not been pushy, and has answered my myriad of questions with patience. While I have not finished a transaction as yet, the process has been nothing short of wonderful.

The worst CUSTOMER service ever. We had a appointment at 12:00 to look at a car we made the day before. It was 200 miles from our home. They sold it 2 hour before we got there. They said they left a message that it was sold this morning. We didn't get it we were on the way there. They should've held it for us till we got there. What's the point of an appointment to look at a car.

Very pleasant experience working with this dealership. They have one of the best inventories of alternative fuel vehicles here in the Midwest and not just Hondas but also Ford, Chevrolet, Toyota, and Nissan vehicles. The majority of these vehicles seeming to have been very well cared for. What really helped with piece of mind was being able to view the Carfax report on each vehicle off of their website prior to even making the trip over to see in person. Once I had my vehicle in mind, I called over to ensure it was still available and the gentlemen I spoke with, Ben Wilde, assured me I would be able to view the vehicle before any other customer that day. Needless to say, within an hour of arrival I had my new vehicle purchased and had no qualms and felt very at ease with all the knowledge they provided me. It's been about a month since my experience there, so this review is made after some time letting the purchase stew a bit. Overall, good experience. Met my expectations while offering decent numbers. Would recommend if the following information sounds like yourself: Caveats -- I knew the model I wanted, I had external funding, I knew I wanted to trade-in my vehicle, I wasn't in a rush to purchase, and I didn't go through the ordeal of pushing for the lowest price and highest trade-in value. My research consisted of checking with other dealers, mostly, not going through services like KBB. I have also NOT used their repair/service shop (yet), so no comments to that end. Cons: - My trade-in was probably undervalued. It was acceptable to me, personally, but it was low-balled according to my research. Pros: - No pressure. I mostly communicated through e-mail (as my job is almost entirely on the road and out of La Crosse), but I didn't receive any additional e-mails, texts, or phone calls from the salesperson who helped me. They were friendly, responded to the questions I had in the same day, and didn't try to throw anything in under the radar. - Helpful ancillary staff, the few times I had questions of other employees. The accountant I dealt with to sign the papers was stereotypically cold and formal, but wasn't pushy or hasty. - Good price on the car I bought. With the research I did beforehand, I got a fair price. The "Best" price? Probably not. I'm sure I could've played the cutthroat e-mail games, but the model I was looking at was firmly in my ability to afford even at MSRP. I was happy with the price they countered my research with, and the "Out the Door" price was exactly what I paid.

I am from out of town. I bought my previous car at Honda Motorwerks and I wanted to give them my business again. I was looking for a Honda HR-V. However they did not have the color I was looking for. They worked with other dealers in the area to find the color I wanted and had it transferred to their dealership. I cannot say enough good things about dealing with the staff and Bob Lenser in particular. It was a perfect buying experience. I look forward to calling them when I have to replace my other car.

On July 19th my husband and I were on our way to a family reunion in Omaha. We were excited to use our brand new Honda Odyssey which had less than 400 miles on it. We left La Crosse and were just heading into Minnesota when we had the misfortune of running over something and puncturing a tire. Frustrated at the situation, we called Honda in La Crosse and they were booked for appointments that day BUT they managed to work us in. It so happened that no replacement tire was in stock. With some quick thinking from both the sales and service staff, they managed to find a solution. A new tire was ordered but a different tire (taken from a van currently in stock) was installed on our van. Craig in the service department was able to squeeze us in between scheduled appointments. Ben Wilde was the person that brainstormed a solution when a tire wasn't available. I am not sure who was the behind the scene or the person who actually changed the tire. Thank you to all of these people for their help in solving our problem.
