Currency Exchange/Auto License W Golf Rd, Schaumburg

It’s the first time I went to this location and the service was terrible . The employee “ Alma “ is her name , she was very rude and unprofessional . If this ladie doesn’t like her job I don’t know what is she doing there . She needs to treat customer with respect , because customers make her paycheck . I will not return to this location , very disappointed of this place.

They were do rude. People with no customer service experience should not work in that field

I drove 30mins and theirs no location their nomore. I waisted time. My question is why the hell is it still on their locations.

When you call they answer and keep hanging up. A female worker. I called several times Monday Jan 24th at 4:03pm. I was asking about converting cash services.

I go to this location often for 1 thing or another. Every single staff member is kind & respectful. I probably wouldn’t even blame them if they weren’t, the way some people speak to them, but whoever does the hiring here knows how to pick & train them. I avoid the Palatine location & travel 3 miles out the way to come to this one simply because the 2 locations couldn’t be any more different. Skip the headache & rudeness at Palatine. Just go to the Roselle Rd location next to FedEx. Trust me.

Very knowledgeable and informative. Pleasant experience and the staff really show a love for helping their customers. Also easy to access and get in and out of. Excellent pricing, definitely not trying to rip you off. I went there to register a car, it was the lowest price I found and I called roughly 10 different places. It was only $40 more than the DMV.

This place is a joke, even that no one was inside except me, I had to wait 15 minutes before they finally decided to help me. Very rude, unprofessional and on top of that the lady was yelling at me for no reason, I only wanted to get my plate sticker. It seem like I interrupted her lunch or she just didn’t want to be there.

Extremely bad customer service I waited for an hour, I arrived at 5 pm with 2 people in front of me. I saw another worker leave at 5 , as I arrived.. at the busiest time?? Why?? Waited for an hour. To find out that will not do title transfer “because it takes too long” No apology. Slow, arrogant, frustrating.

Waited in line for 30min to exchange money and was told they don’t do exchanges

The staff was friendly. I didn't have a wait. The representative I had was new I believe because she had to enter a number and she said it's not working, the other representative assisted her and the number worked. She needed more assistance as the transaction went on. That's ok because we've all been there. As long as the transaction ends with success.
