    Horrible experience dealing with this credit union. I deposited a check then a few days later my check was deemed returned and taken the fund out of my account. I had to deal with these ppl for days multiple phone calls and branch visits of they telling me that the check had already been cashed somewhere else. When that the only place I had taken the check lol. Anyway after three 3day of them not wanting bto return me my money from a valid check they finally figured out that THEY HAD MADE A MISTAKE! AND I DIDNT EVEN GET AN APOLOGY.

    I was looking to open an account so I had placed a phone appointment online at 10:15 for a Saturday with Jazmin Avila. Saturday came around and no one ever called so I decided to call them and Gerardo tells me they don’t do phone appointments, but online they list the option for a phone appointment and they list the appointment dates and times available. Based on this experience I will not be joining and I will continue to look somewhere else. I can’t trust a credit union that can’t even get their appointments or types of appointments right not even the employees know what kind of appointments they offer. Go somewhere else!

    new here- got transferred when our credit union was assumed or sold to them a few weeks and to get in by phone is unreal - always on phone forever this morning already holding over 10 minutes - they call this a brief delay= well it is Monday and no website access - maybe the reason -they have a special way to get to a phone teller but it does not work for me. supposed to be acct # and last of social, but I put it in and it does not work. I will actually have to go in as heading toward 15 minutes I went into El Monte and they were very nice - and they amount I wanted to withdraw was NO problem. That was nice, but the phone service here as continually sucked.

    Tell your tellers that a active duty military ID is a valid form of identification! I'm sick of my wife going there, and your tellers saying that a government Id is not a valid form of identification!!! I will be calling back Monday to speak with the manager!! I worked at a bank, drivers license, state ID , passport, active duty military ID all valid forms of identification! Everyplace I worked at the same exact thing.

    Im so grateful for everything this branch has helped me with. I got approved here where my previous bank did not approve me for anything I would apply for even with good credit. Marvin really seemed to care and helped me with a personal loan and refinancing my car which both were approved ! Thank you !

    I visited the office to possibly become a new member. I walked in and walked to the empty Customer Service Desk. A gentleman in his office in front of me decided to pick up his phone and started to talk to someone. About 4 tellers were assisting members and 5 others were walking around to their desk. I waited for about what felt like 10 minutes, when the gentleman on the phone said he will get someone to attend me (he walked around for 5 minutes finding someone). He went back to his phone and I waited another 20 extra minutes before a worker came up to and ask to help me. BAD SERVICE!!! I decided not to join and excused myself from the building.

    Today was one of many bad experiences my husband and I have had at this location. I don't know if the employees need to retrain on customer service and on their policies or this location is just simply not a good place to bring you're business to. We are thinking on closing our accounts because it's ridiculous to have to put up with rude customer service every time.

    If I ever had a problem I called and it was looked into and solved. I've have tried other banking institutions and ran once their services did not compare to Credit Union of Southern Ca. God bless all of this business who take care of the working people.

    No phone number to reach the bank lost my wallet and had to drive all the way back to the bank from Apple valley Ca. Wow.
