As you read through the comments, you see the same things- no drive-through, one teller, they lie, too slow, the ATM is always broken. Now let me tell you the problem with this. San Antonio is rated as one of the fattest cities in America because people expect to eat lard-filled, high-caloric, high-salt food and sweets to top it off all without exercising. The same people complaining are the same ones who could stand to lose 10, 15, 100+ pounds and walk into the bank like everyone else. Exercise does the body good. Try it some time. Was it a change from the old location? Yes, but I find that they are always available -the bankers inside, the remote tellers, and over the phone, bankers are the most expedient, friendly, and kind people. People are quick to have a negative experience and post a review about it but when things are going well, they don't say anything. It's a darn shame this place has such a low rating because it's not deserving. They go as fast as they can while offering personalized service that doesn't make one feel rushed. That's your problem you couldn't get there earlier. Now step aside and let the “first come, first served” practice take effect. As for lies, it's never happened to me. You might want to dig deeper about why you couldn't understand it. It's not them; it's YOU and your lack of ability to grasp the material. As for the ATM, STOP using maximizers people. Nobody always does something. No, the ATM is not ALWAYS broken. SMH. You people need to learn some patience. If you're not there 24-7 then you need to be smart enough to not say it's always broken. It's idiotic, to say the least. So, to sum it up, the main ones writing negative reviews are those that are impatient prevaricators. Get a clue! If you don't like it, take your buns somewhere else and stop putting down the businesses doing their best to help others during this endemic. If this steps on your toes, then kick yourself with it. OUCH!

I was assigned this CU when I purchased my car. So far, I am not impressed. I can’t sign in online as a new user as they can’t find my info. The locations are not optimal and I’ve been sitting in a branch (strip mall storefront) for 35 minutes with one “human” teller in the building. I would pay an extra point to get away from this nonsense. I’ll certainly be refinancing soon to escape.

I am extremely happy with the bank I go to. The staff will always go an extra mile to help with any task needed , someone is always at the front to greet and assist you right away. Everyone is always very happy and helpful! Credit human also a company that will allow you to come in and ask any questions about loans, credit , and basic financial health. Im please to say that I have been a member since 2017 and this particular location makes deposits and withdrawals very quick and efficient. Iv also never had an issue at this location. The atmosphere is very clean and spacious so I don’t feel any overcrowding or privacy issues

My neighborhood Credit Human moved from Nacogdoches Rd to Bulverde Rd. For me it's a little more inconvenient, not necessarily the few miles difference, but the heavy traffic on Hwy 1604 and the commercial buildup around the new financial center. It is no longer free standing & is located in a shopping strip center. As an oldster, I've transitioned to modern technology and adapted to the digital world so it is no problem to use machines/robots rather than people. My wife as well as most of the elderly generation, on the other hand, prefer the old fashion methods of doing business. Today was my 2d visit. The first was to withdraw cash &` today to make check and cash deposits. Both transactions were made using the Interactive ATM. Nice to see a friendly, helpful & efficient person on the screen. Financial transactions can be done quickly with less time wasted standing in lines. Like the new concept.

You know what my favorite part of SACUs rebranding is that they renamed credit human and removed most of the humans out of the bank, not to mention they close at 5 now, the exact time most people get off of work. Lets not forget that they no longer have a drive thru so Im standing on a sidewalk with a couple of thousand dollars in my hand trying to deposit it, it gets better because the machine can only take 30 bills at a time, so you have to do the entire process multiple times

Too much traffic and too far away. I don’t liked getting out of my car and standing on the side walk. As a senior citizen not a lot of thought for the convenience for us. Really disappointed with the location we need a drive through. With the traffic I just avoided coming to the new location.

Don’t let the name fool you. No tellers in sight. You walk up to a atm. Advertising on the screen. Card swipe flashing. If you stick your card in, it’s an atm. Canceled transaction. No one came on the screen. 281 & 1604 has remaining humans. Changing banks.

I have never had so many problems as I have with this Bank. I was assured that my payment would be automatically taken from another Institute that I bank with . My vehicle was financed through this establishment, and I have had nothing but problems.

Worst branch ever dosen't have a drive thru atm is always out of service the cashier is on the other side of a computer we dont have contact with them so it should be open so we can deposit or withdraw....they need to close this branch
