As a regular customer I was very disappointed during my last visit. The lady was being very hateful and stated "we are about to close" about 3 times during my short visit. Her demeanor itself showed that she was more eager to leave than to do her job. After I stated "so because you are about to close you can't help me" She had the audacity to roll her eyes at me and state well do you have all your stuff. Then refused any document I tried to provide. I already didn't want to even have to be there but to be treated in that manner made me realize why I hadn't been back in so long. Customer service is obviously not her priority because Had it been she would of done anything to keep my business.
