Continental Currency Services S Western Ave, Los Angeles

Wanted to exchange some British Sterling Pounds. Called to ask exchange rate. A woman with a pleasant voice answered and politely answered my questions. I recieved a great rate and the service fee was reasonable as well. In and out in less then 3 minutes. Got better rate and lower service fee then what all the currency exchanges in Korea Town were offering. They do have parking but with limited spots so i just parked on Washington street. Over all a very quick transaction provided with excellent customer service. Spent some of the $$$ at House of Curry Indian restaurant next door for some excellent chicken tikka masala.

The reason why I give two stars is because they lied to me. One of the staff members told me, they don't accept credit cards at the time when the machine did not work. However, I went today to load my tap card again and this time, I get a different information that they only accept debit card or cash. Last but not least, I'm being nice giving one more star for accepting my sarcasm.

Very nice place very friendly people . Went to exchange euros and they did an amazing job and gave me a good price really enjoy coming here the workers are really cool

Have been waiting for 6 mins just so they can tell me a rate ... hanging up . Never got answer

This place is awfull Always takes forever to cahs checks and they ask you stupid questions

Nice people very good custormer service!

I have always been a client but lately Miss Fanny told me that she calls me and sends me to the Venice location because the western there does not work, and it has been 3 times that this has happened and I do not know if it will be true or not. But it is good to clarify that this only helped me when she was there, and I have never had problems here in this location, apart from this, Miss Deana is very kind and I have known her for years and there are none but her. They should hire better employees like they had before to help her. I don't think the girl Fanny wants to work and uses that excuse to avoid work. If I don't go to the one in Venice, it's because apart from being completely horrible in the way they treat customers, this girl should go there. If it weren't for deana, I won't be back.
