If I could give zero stars I would. Bank of America gives preferential treatment to its business customers and you can see this in action here. There is always a long line. Good luck on weekends, like wrapped around the back of the building almost to where the outside ATMs are. Not to mention they’re understaffed and rude. Waste of time.

Long wait. There were only two cashiers, and more than 20 customers in line. Came to buy Euros and an assistant manager, Felix, was helping me, but wasn't pleasant.

Generally going to a Bank of America is dreadful but this one stands out. The representatives here are absolutely careless. The lines are ridiculously, you will wait for an hour; not exaggerating. Today I go in (there's a huge line of course) to get a temporary debit card because my replacement will come in 4 days. Well the representative tells me they can only help me with an appointment. But the appointments are for the following week! It's faster to just wait for the debit to come in the mail than for these people to help you get a temporary, that's just stupidly ridiculous!

No sense of urgency. Bankers that sit on those little desk are slow. Felt like they hate being at BOA.

I was here for over an hour with my mom making line to deposit my check with a teller. After an hour of having technical issues Ivan, a worker there, decides to inform us that they are having technical difficulties. That we weren’t going to be helped. We had a line that stretched almost out the door and we were literally the next people coming up. If they knew they were having problems why not inform us before making line or wait an hour later to let us know. I don’t even understand how a Well names bank like this one is having issues like this. But things happen right. My point is that they handled this very wrong and I am very upset that they let me waist an hour of my time.

Worst experience ever in a bank Period. Manager Maria could not meet a basic customer service skill. A Macdonald shift manager would do a better job. What a terrible this bank offer. I will not come to this location ever neither I will recommend any one to come to this branch....

The worst experience I've ever had with a bank this Bank of America has to be the poorest, most awful, I have ever come to. They don't seem to care for the people. 4 tellers for a line that is out the door. The bank manager Bertha had no empathy for the people that had been waiting in the disabled line when a lady asked her for help. Basically tolder if she doesn't like it she could go to another bank. The lady then told her she had been banking with them for 35 years and she didn't seem to care just repeated herself and moved on.
