Connections Credit Union N Ten Mile Rd, Meridian

I’ve used this bank for 20+ years and wouldn’t consider using any other establishment. We’ve carried car loans and signature loans with great rates here. They’re online platform is straightforward and applying for loans or refinances is always a breeze. The customer service at the Ten Mile branch is superb! You get the small-town-bank feel from Connections but without lacking in any services. It’s easy to call and get right through to a representative when needed. This bank is really centered around their customers.

I feel like being denied over a debt i no longer have is a blessing in disguise...could hear multiple other upset customers while trying to start an account and the teller was more worried about everything else going on along with having a horrible deminear. I was trying to open a business account but would much rather have my funds handled by professionals somewhere else.

I have been a member since 1990. Since then it has changed names once or twice.. I have LOVED this place since day one. The Meridian office is full of helpful and very informational employees. In all the 27 years not once have I had a bad experience. Very professional.
