My son and his wife ended up going with a different lender, after they couldn't get Audrey to return their calls for days at a time. I contacted her a few days ago and she said she'd call me back in 30 minutes. Still haven't heard from her. Like my son, I am going with a different lender. Debbie at Gold Financial Services was a pleasure to work with. She was always available to us to answer any questions we had and gave us great advice. We were able to get a better interest rate than we ever thought we would.
