We had a very particular situation where we almost closed with a mortgage broker and a lender that really didn’t care for our needs, didn’t listen to us and didn’t really want to do their job in assisting us through the mortgage process. Much to our surprise, not only was the team able to offer us the best and lowest interest rates from all the other banks and mortgage brokers we had received estimates from, they were also able to negotiate only a 20% down and organized everything so well that we were able to close on time! The treatment that Compare Closing team gave us as their clients was exceptional. I would text or email them questions and they would always take the time to explain complicated things to me, like for example, 'how the FICO score affected the Base Price' or 'the requirements for a Qualified Mortgage'. Of course, someone that is looking to get a mortgage does not need to know those details and calculations yet I wanted to know, and the team was so considerate and courteous to take the time outa and be transparent and honest with me on how all of it is calculated and what our expectations should be like for our interest rate and our financial situation.
