I purchased a car in January for my birthday only to have one bad experienced at a time. Once a month my ac would go out. They send me to their repaur shop only to have the repair shop cheat my warranty. All of this while I had to take my mom back and forth for Cancer treatments. Now they have my car and now im being told I have to comemout of pocket for the repairs after I was laid off feom my job due to missing woek dealing with the car. This has been the WORST experience in my life. I got a new job and now I cant go to the new job because I dont have my car. If I could give them a zero star I would.

I give this dealership a 5 they were excellent in customer service very friendly i really enjoyed Mr Ken and Mr Octavio upon picking up the vehicle the next day they wasnt quite opened but Mr George was so nice and helped us by answering our question he even stopped was he was doing to help my Dad make a cup of coffee this is what i call CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! my niece told me about 500 below car lot she worked with a gentleman named AJ she told me how good he was how he went to bat for her helping her get everything she needed together and she got the vehicle that she wanted with the payments that she could afford so I went in and talked to AJ he's a God-fearing man very helpful I laid it all on the line I told him what I was working with what I had what I could do each month and he did the exact same thing for me he went to bat for me he got the vehicle that I wanted with the down payment that I could afford and the payments that I can make each month I cannot stop singing his praises even while I was there he was helping me and helping others and he was making everyone's dreams come true so if you're looking for a vehicle please look up 500 below and ask for AJ in the greater heights he treats you just like family.
